The villa is located on the heights of Gruissan in a privileged natural environment, outside the summer tumult and nevertheless 3 minutes from the port.
The villa can accommodate up to 7 people.
Ground floor: dining area with an American kitchen (4 induction hotplates, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hood, fridge), living area with sofa, flat screen TV, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower 'Italian + 1 WC, 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) and cupboards.
Air conditioner.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) and beautiful SEA VIEW, cupboards, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190), 1 mezzanine bed (90x190) and terrace access (10 m2) + cupboards, bathroom with large walk-in shower Italian, separate WC.

Das Ferienhaus war funktional in einwandfreiem Zustand. FĂŒr die m2 Zahl optimal ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastsich: Ca 500m fusslĂ€ufig zum nĂ€chsten Strand und zum Hafen wo auch abend viel los ist: Top!Eine tolle KĂŒche (nur leider extrem alte Pfannen und alte Töpfe und altes Besteck), im OG renovierte Böden und BĂ€der. Das grösste Bemoll war jedoch dass es lediglich 1 einzige Klimaanlage in KĂŒche/Esszimmer gab. Wir waren ein paarTage im August da und so war es in den beiden Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss nicht möglich nachts zu schlafen bei dieser Hitze. Das untere Zimmer war ertrĂ€glicher. Jedoch wĂ€re es ein angenehmerer Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn in den 3 Schlafzimmern Eine Klimaanlage gewesen wĂ€re. Wir hatten tagsĂŒber bis zu 39 Grad, es war sehr heiss. Es wĂ€re auch gut gewesen, vorher bescheid zu wissen, dass keine HandtĂŒcher zur VerfĂŒgung stehen. Dies hatte ich zum GlĂŒck vorher erfragt. Jedoch standen auch keine GeschirrtĂŒcher, SpĂŒlmittel o.Ă€. in der KĂŒche zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir mussten also in den wenigen Tagen, die wir da waren in mehreren SupermĂ€rkten nach GeschirrtĂŒchern und vielem mehr suchen was im Ferienhaus nicht zur VerfĂŒgung stand. Ich schreibe dies deshalb, damit die zukĂŒnftigen GĂ€ste sich darauf einstellen können und vorbereiteter sind. Ansonsten bedanken wir uns fĂŒr die nette Gastfreundschaft.

la localisation est bien sympa au bord de la pinÚde mais assez loin de la plage. logement fonctionnel bien équipé pour la cuisine mais peu de linge de couchage et pas de serviettes de toilette néanmoins trÚs gros problÚme d'humidité - quand nous sommes arrivés, les sols du salon et de la chambre étaient inondés. il y a aussi de la moisissure au plafond - tout était humide - le titre de l'annonce "superbe villa" est abusif

Tout comme il n'y avait pas de serviettes, vous devez vous renseigner Ă  l'avance avant de payer, ainsi que sur le nettoyage final, pour lequel vous devez payer sĂ©parĂ©ment si vous ne souhaitez pas laver vous-mĂȘme le sol et les salles de bains.
