Relax in the inviting screened-in porch, enjoy your favorite shows on the SMART TV, and take advantage of the shared washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, and dining area for six. A fully equipped kitchen has everything a home chef could want. An outdoor shower makes beach days even easier, and assigned off-street parking for one car adds convenience to your stay. Nestled in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, this condo is just steps from the sand and boardwalk. Walk to Rehoboth Avenue for fine dining and tax-free shopping, or spend the day at Funland, just one block away. Want to explore further? Hop on the Jolly Trolley for a quick ride to Dewey Beach and more restaurants and shops. Amenities include SMART TV, free Wi-Fi, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, shared washer & dryer, central A/C and heating, fully stocked kitchen, and off-street parking for one car.
