Formal Complaint Regarding Villa Rental and Request for Full RefundI am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding our recent villa rental and to request a full refund due to multiple serious issues encountered throughout our stay, including significant property defects, disruption to our holiday, and a concerning breach of privacy.Timeline of EventsWe arrived at the villa on 30 May at approximately 3:00pm and were met by a neighbour who showed us into the property. We had a brief telephone conversation with the owner, who explained how to operate the alarm system. During this call, I informed him of a loud and continuous noise coming from the air conditioning unit in the front double bedroom. He advised that this was caused by a new pump and that the noise would stop shortly after the air conditioning was switched on.However, after returning to the villa at approximately 10:00pm, we discovered a substantial flood affecting the lounge, dining room, and kitchen areas. In addition, the loud noise from the air conditioning unit was still ongoing and extremely disruptive. I immediately sent photographs and videos to the owner documenting both issues. On 31 May, the owner responded and stated that the situation was beyond his control and that, due to it being the weekend, no technician would be available until Monday. I sent further photographs and videos demonstrating the severity of both problems, which he acknowledged. As we were forced to use numerous towels to so
