T2-In villa on the Gulf of LAVA facing the sunset over the sea

The villa is located on a dead-end road, in the town of Villanova, 20 minutes by car from AJACCIO. There is no vehicle passing other than those of the residents.
The rental is ideally located, facing the setting sun on the sea, on the Gulf of Lava, quiet and wild. The beach is 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. On the beach in addition to swimming, various water activities are offered, such as scuba diving, boat rental, jet skis, sailboats, pedal boats, canoes, boat trips to the Sanguinaires Islands or Scandola reserve.
The rental consists of a T2 type apartment with a surface area of 40 m2 and a laundry room. Outside a large terrace facing the sea, in the shade of a pergola entirely made of wood with garden furniture, allow you to stay from breakfast to dinner.
