Bonjour Vincent,
Je comprends votre frustration.
Avant votre prise en location vous m'aviez dit que vous risqueriez de rester une nuit selon les résultats sportifs de votre enfant.
Et je vous avez prévenu que la location était de 2 nuits minimum car les prix sont très compétitifs.
Malgré tout vous avez quand même pris la location et je vous en suis reconnaissant.
Par la suite vous m'avez demandé de vous rembourser directement.
D'abord j'ai un accord avec Abritel au niveau des règles de séjour et c'est eux qui gèrent l'aspect financier.
Le fait que le logement vous à plus et pour moi déjà une bonne chose.
En vous souhaitant bonne continuation.
