Located in the heart of the Parisian beautiful neighbourhoods, this spacious apartment is perfect in order to discover Paris and its beautiful emblematic places.

This charming 78 sq. m flat is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) and includes :
- a nice living room with a sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed (two simple beds which can turn into a queen size),
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with bathtub-shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- a working desk,
- TV, satellite, DVD player, Wi-Fi.

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the 16th arrondissement, 10 min away from the Eiffel Tower by walk. In the heart of Passy neighborhood, the flat will allow you to access very easily to all the monuments that make Paris the most beautiful city in the world. The Seine docks will take you to the Louvre to Notre-Dame, Orsay Museum, Les Invalides, the Latin Quarter… But you should also stroll in the beautiful Passy neighborhood and enjoy the cafés, restaurants and shops.

Gare de Boulainvilliers RER station (C) → 7 min by foot
From Gare du Nord/de l’Est → 30 min by transport or 30 min by car
From Gare Montparnasse → 20 min by transport or 20 min by car
