Charming villa with a private natural pool and breathtaking views of the Ardèche mountains, with no neighbors in sight. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area with many shops just a few minutes’ drive away. It features 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 large bedroom/dormitory with 2 double beds, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 large shaded terraces with barbecue grills. There is also a quiet office.
The pool is surrounded by a landscaped garden and a pool house with an outdoor lounge area, and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
Come recharge in the heart of the Ardèche Verte and enjoy the regular spectacle of hot-air balloons flying over the villa each morning.
Free parking across the street and on the property.
Private gated community in a residential area.
Sleeps up to 8 people. Rental available to families only; not for group gatherings or parties. This is a home for family holidays.
