We offer this charming 32 m² apartment with a wonderful sea view for rent in Lavandou, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people( 2 adults et 2 children). Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- 16 m² living room with bunk bed (sleeps 2), dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Living room with two sofa beds, TV
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :
- An 8m² south-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.

The apartment is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Beaches 10mn walk away
- Saint Tropez 50 minutes by car
- Water sports: water skiing, parasailing, paddling, pedalos, sailing, motorboat rental, etc.
- Cycling and hiking

Events
Les Voiles de Saint Tropez, late September - early October (dates non-contractual and subject to change by the festival).

- You can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
- Nearest train station: Toulon, about 1 hour by car
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 35mn by car

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
