Emplacement idéal ! ménage très moyen , vaiselle d’un autre temps ! A vraiment besoin d’un coup de neuf ! Pas de Clim ! Dommage ! Dormir la fenêtre ouverte est un peu gênant avec le bruit continu des vagues très proche pas de calme du tout la nuit ! Pas facile de dormir clic clac de qualité moyenne ! Après 2 semaines mal de dos ! Malgré tout nous avons passé un bon séjour en faisant abstraction de tous ces problèmes ! Mais je n’y retournerai pas ! L’emplacement est le seul point positif

Der Ort selbst am Strand ist wirklich traumhaft und ideal für Ferien mit Kindern – die Lage hat uns wirklich begeistert.Das kleine Ferienort Cavaliere ist sehr schön.Leider können wir das Gleiche über die Wohnung nicht sagen.Wir hatten bereits im letzten Sommer früh für dieses Jahr gebucht, mussten dann aber im Januar eine plötzliche Mieterhöhung hinnehmen. Ob das rechtlich in Ordnung war, wissen wir nicht, aber wir haben es bezahlt. Jetzt sehen wir, dass der Preis wieder gesenkt wurde – das hinterlässt einen etwas bitteren Beigeschmack.Die Wohnung entspricht leider nicht mehr den Fotos. Es stehen viele verschlossene Privatschränke herum, die nicht genutzt werden können. Die Dusche wurde inzwischen durch einen Vorhang ersetzt, was unpraktisch ist. Zudem war die Wohnung insgesamt nicht sauber, was bei diesem Preis enttäuschend ist. Besonders problematisch fanden wir den Schimmel oberhalb des Stockbettes – das ist aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel.Darüber hinaus fehlten einige der auf der Seite angegebenen Ausstattungen: WLAN war nicht vorhanden, und auch die Grundausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, die ausdrücklich erwähnt war, gab es nicht.Alles in allem waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht und können sie in ihrem jetzigen Zustand nicht weiterempfehlen.

Par ailleurs, nous vous informons que notre appartement a été rénové en ce début d'année 2026 suite aux petits dégâts indépendants de notre volonté qui ont été causés par les inondations de 2025. Notre logement peut continuer à accueillir les vacanciers dans les meilleures dispositions. Cependant, nous ne souscrivons pas à vos autres propos, erronés et diffamatoires. En réalité, nous vous avons fait savoir notre mécontentement suite aux dégradations que vous avez causées à l'appartement (lit cassé, vaisselle et meuble abîmés, etc.) et c'est la raison pour laquelle vous avez rédigé votre commentaire.

Emplacement exceptionnel pour ce petit appartement bien équipé, les pieds dans l'eau, idéalement situé au coeur de toutes les commodités. Seul bémol, le logement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée.

Une vue extraordinaire mais que ça!

L'appartement est face à la mer avec une vue extraordinaire, balcon directement sur la plage ! Par contre, l'intérieur de l'appartement est tres vétuste avec aucun effort du propriétaire de le rendre plus agréable ! Vraiment dommage!

Probleme de location

Je n’ai pas recu de confirmation de paiement, lors du second versement et l’annonce pour la reservation de l’appartement etait encore accessible sur la plateforme. Je l’ai donc a nouveau réservé pour être sur de l’obtenir. Mais tous les prelevements ont été fait et suis à ma réclamation, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé.
