Die Ferienunterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. es ist eine Tolle Lage am Cap Negre, man kann zu Fuß den Strand erreichen. es ist herrlich ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet.

1.Mettere bene in evidenza che il ritiro chiavi è a Lavandou. Molto scomodo. 2. Cassetto detersivi e ammorbidente della lavatrice non apribile perché bloccato dallo sportello della cucina. 3. Piastra ad induzione con obbligo di pentolame apposito e funzionamento difficile e complicato con rischi. 4. Bagno in camera da letto brutto e lavandino ridicolo. Meglio fare una cabina armadio. poiché manca spazio per riporre abiti, scarpe eccetera. 5. Responsabile zona, molto disponibile e preparata.

Cadre idéal

Emplacement excellent, entre superbe plage et piscine de rêve. Le logement est top, félicitations aux propriétaires pour les travaux réalisés, literie confortable, équipements au top ! Juste 2 remarques, la première concernant la terrasse, ou il y a trop de mobilier (il faudrait retirer le salon de jardin noir, très confortable mais trop encombrant, difficile à utiliser pour 6...) La seconde concernant la propreté du lieu qui est bien décevante, cuisine sale et grasse, sols sales, cheveux et poils sur les matelas, sable dans les sanitaires, etc.... Mais les propriétaires n y peuvent rien. Et nous reviendrons bientôt avec plaisir !!!

The apartment was dirty. Dirty toilet, dirty matress cover (and extra matress covers left were too small) and pillows, very grimy bathroom, dirty crockery and cutlery. It did not look as if it had ever been professionally cleaned. And there were ants everywhere in the living area and kitchen, they even got into the fridge. The pool was nice though.

La Pinede - Pramosquier

Appartamento molto in ordine e ben attrezzato, in località molto bella, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, senza vista mare. All'orario convenuto al nostro arrivo (16) le pulizie era appena iniziate e sono state fatte malissimo. Abbiamo dovuto rifarle.

Le logement est situé dans un cadre magnifique. Il était propre à notre arrivée, bien équipé par rapport aux locations de ce type de résidence. La climatisation est appréciable. L'agencement est fonctionnel compte tenu de la surface. Il mériterait néanmoins quelques petits travaux de rafraichissement.

Leide hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Anlage etwas in die Zeit kommt und nicht sonderlich gepflegt wird. Das Geschirr in unserem App.war verschmutzt, ebenso das Besteck. Kann natürlich sein, dass vor den Pfingstferien darauf noch kein sol großer Wert gelegt wird.
