4GEN5 - SAINT PIERRE LA MER- Furnished T3 apartment equipped for 4 people.
Residence Les Genêts close to the beach and shops. Private parking.
Located on the 1st floor consisting of a main living room with television living room, open to the kitchen.
Open kitchen: electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Separate bedroom with double bed. Separate toilet.
Upstairs a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Private parking space.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit : with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (not in cash or checks).
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The tourist tax is extra.
The keys must be collected at the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the summer season.
