AMAZING SERVICE!!

We have stayed at a lot of super fancy hotels (traveling for work, of course) and have never received this level of service by the front desk and the concierge. Everyone working there was so hospitable and helpful. You will almost forget you're in New York City! The room was clean and well appointed. If I had any complaint, I would say that you have to wait an extremely long time for hot water, and even then it really only gets kinda warm. But it wasn't bad enough for me to not want to stay there again. We'd absolutely stay there again. If you are coming by car, make note that there is no parking for this building and the nearby lots fill up fast.
