No disturbances, panoramic views of nature and sunsets<br>The cabin is located on our 3-hectare property, near our home but with no neighbors directly across the way. Our cabin is in the heart of nature! Overlooking a beautiful, lush landscape! Absolutely peaceful!! The cottage features a single-level living area, consisting of an open-concept living room and kitchen connected by a large picture window opening onto a beautiful terrace that surrounds a magnificent oak tree, as well as a bedroom and its own bathroom with a toilet. Come enjoy nature and relax on our terrace with a stunning view of the village of Faucon and the sunsets!<br>Beneath the house’s terrace is a large, lockable room housing the laundry area and storage space for bicycles or other equipment. The cottage is very well insulated.<br>No Wi-Fi, but good 4G cell service.<br>We’ve chosen to entrust the management of our cottage to Lila and Elodie, as we’re busy and rarely on-site.<br>The cottage is located in the town of Merindol-les-Oliviers, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale des Baronnies region, 8 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, 13 km from Malaucène, and 15 km from Buis-les-Baronnies and Nyons.
