This private cottage community is over 3 acres with a sandy beach, large lawn with a huge stone fireplace. Come relax on the beach and enjoy 11 mile long Lake Winnisquam. Great for year-round fun including fishing, skiing, swimming, kayaking and boating. Close to Gunstock Mountain, Tilton Outlets, Fun Spot, Lochmere Country Club for golf 2 minutes away! Explore the White Mountains for amazing fall foliage!

Two bedrooms and two baths home. One Queen bedroom, second bedroom with Queen bed and bunk beds. Two living room areas, each with a pull out sofa. There is a 2nd floor deck (off the kitchen/living area) with a nice view of the lake, small covered patio, a washer dryer in downstairs bedroom closet, central AC, solar shades, and gas heat.
Condo Association rental rules limit is 6 people and sorry NO PETS!

My self and my adult children took a short trip and found this great location. Close to every thing but felt like you were far away at the lake. The water was warm and very clear. Definitely will go back again.

Everything we were looking for!

Our stay at this lovely cottage on Lake Winnisquam was perfection. The property was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and exactly as described, if not better. We had every intention to make day trips, hikes, and etc. but never left the property because it had EVERYTHING we were looking for. The homeowners were very responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a great weekend! Wonderful house in a lovely location. Great lake views from house and the deck. Easy very short walk down to beach and swimming. Kayaks too but we focused on hiking. House is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of hot water. Kitchen and upstairs living room area great for cooking and gathering at the end of the day. Owners are great communicators. We hope to be back again soon.

House close to the lake

Property clean and great location. Owners very easy to deal with and helpful being my 1st time using Vrbo. My only complaint had nothing to do with this rental but with Vrbo. I had a difficult time finding the check in/out stay instructions and luckily I screen shot the lock code and directions because I couldn’t find the stay instructions again while I was there for the WiFi password and what the owners wanted me to do with dirty towels bedding etc… but again. No complaints with the property or the owners. I would definetly stay here again

We enjoyed vacationing at this Lake side cottage. When turning the key my husband & I opened the door to an warm, clean & inviting home with plenty of windows for breeze, sunlight & views. The lake was so relaxing & peaceful. Nice beach area with docking for boats & friendly neighbors. The Host made sure we had all the comforts of home. After vacationing at the Lake for over 35 years this is one of our new favorite spots! Thanks to Lisa & Gary

Clean house close to lake

Owner were great to deal with. Only 2 things the showers were very small my husband and son big people . Not enough lights. Bedroom is small, . View from balcony of lake is beautiful
