This private cottage community is over 3 acres with a sandy beach, large lawn with a huge stone fireplace. Come relax on the beach and enjoy 11 mile long Lake Winnisquam. Great for year-round fun including fishing, skiing, swimming, kayaking and boating. Close to Gunstock Mountain, Tilton Outlets, Fun Spot, Lochmere Country Club for golf 2 minutes away! Explore the White Mountains for amazing fall foliage!
Two bedrooms and two baths home. One Queen bedroom, second bedroom with Queen bed and bunk beds. Two living rooms, each with a pull out. There is a 2nd floor deck (off the kitchen/living area) with a nice view of the lake, small covered patio, a washer dryer in downstairs bedroom closet, central AC, solar shades, and gas heat.
Condo rental rules limit is 6 people and sorry NO PETS!
