Das modern eingerichtete Haus war in angenehmer Lage, wenn auch nicht zur Stadt fußläufig.Hinweis: Die Terrassentür schabte beim öffnen und schließen. Eine Wohnzimmerlampe blinkte, statt zu leuchten. Die Kücheninnenschränke müssten gereinigt werden.
