In the hinterland of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski, on an unfenced plot, lies this semi-detached house. It is comfortably furnished and consists of two separate units connected by an enclosed courtyard. The floors are connected by an internal staircase. Next to the house is a terrace where you can sit together and prepare dishes on the grill. Another terrace, where there is a hot tub, is in front of the house. In the attic there is a bedroom where the lowest ceiling height is 80 cm. The location of the house between a forest area and the sea, gives it a special charm. From here you can quickly reach the beaches in Selca by car. Other excursion destinations are Gorski Kotar or the island of Krk.
