On the left, a large living room of 35 m2 consisting of a kitchen overlooking the dining room by a step.
Open kitchen, furnished with taste, very well equipped and functional, you will have access to all the necessary equipment to succeed in your culinary creations.

Large dining table where you can share meals with family or friends, there is also a decorative fireplace.

Swimming pool secured by a fence and an alarm system.
The garden and the courtyard will also be at your disposal.
The swimming pool and the exteriors require maintenance, so our gardener and our maintenance agent will come in the middle of the week to ensure the proper functioning of the swimming pool and the mowing of the lawn.

PARKING INFORMATION:
You can park inside the property, possibility of parking two cars in the open garage, equipped with sockets for recharging electric vehicles.
