Family Friendly Beachfront Vacations

Located in a private, gated, residential community, this ground floor spacious two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath guest home features a large patio with direct access to the outdoor community pool and the beach.

The home is fully furnished with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom. Each room has its own Smart TV with cable access. WiFi is also provided.

The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, utensils, plate ware, cups and glasses, microwave, toaster, a full-size electric stove top, and a coffee pot for those quiet mornings on the patio watching the waves rolling in to shore. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is located just behind the kitchen.

The property is conveniently located near resorts, shopping, major attractions including helicopter rides, and the airport.

Transportation can be provided throughout your stay on request if you prefer not to rent a vehicle from one of several reputable rental car agencies.

The property is perfect for retirees and families looking for a tranquil environment in which to relax, soak up the sun, make new friends and acquaintances, and enjoy getting to know family members all over again.

Unlike other properties in the area, electricity, cable and WiFi is included at no additional charge. Contact the property manager for a discounted monthly rate if you are interested in long term rentals and are willing to pay the electric, cable and WiFi.

There is an onsite safe in the master bedroom. Unfortunately, the digital pad does not work so you will need to pick up the key from me if you wish to use the safe. I’m in the unit next door.
Please, no smoking in the unit. You’re welcome to smoke on the patio or anywhere in the common areas. Please dispose of any smoking materials properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children under 18 years of age must not be left unattended - ESPECIALLY in the pool and beach areas.
The condo association recently banned guests from bringing pets into the residential. Sadly, Dominican laws do not recognize service dogs as non-pets.
NUDITY in any form is NOT ALLOWED in the common areas, which includes the pool and beach areas. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

Pool was nice and close to unit, Not buzy is very which was great, the beach was kept clean and lots of loungers were avaliable. Unit had a great deck and was very spacious

I am a service-connected disabled veteran who got tired of the noise and political shenanigans back home. After completing a successful career in the oil industry, Diamond and I moved here from Saudi Arabia just after COVID.

Why they chose this property

It’s quiet. Conveniently located minutes away from the airport, Punta Cana Village and Punta Cana Downtown, it’s far enough away from the crowded touristy areas to make your stay that much more enjoyable.

What makes this property unique

It’s in a private residential complex beachside at the very front of the Playa Palmera Royal Resort. Guests enjoy the best of both worlds: access to the resort’s amenities and the quiet and comfort of a private residence.
