We have one week available. Let us know the week you want and we will reserve it if available through the timeshare. Availability will be known within 48 hrs. If not available, a full refund will be provided.

Once reserved, there will be a $200 cancellation fee to make a change or cancel. This is what the timeshare charges us to change a reservation.

A 100% refund less the $200 fee will be issued if cancelled within 14 days of reservation.

A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled 30 or more prior to check in.
No refund will be honored within 30 days of check in.

This is a Deluxe 2 bedroom lock off unit with 2 full bedrooms, 2 sleeper sofas and 3 full baths. It has a full kitchen and mini kitchen in the lock off unit.. There are two fireplaces and 2 spacious decks for private outdoor enjoyment.
The rental does not include use of the waterpark but access can be purchased per person from Westgate at the time of your stay.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and sheets
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from Host.
