Das Haus 59 war das letzte Haus am Rande der Ferienanlage (siehe Lageplan)und lag nur ca. 15 m von einer sehr stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße, die von Umag nach Savudrija führte, entfernt. Das hatte einen sehr hohen Geräuschpegel zur Folge. Die Fenster und Sonnenschutzfensterläden klemmten stark oder gingen gar nicht.
