Nice house in great location.

This house was spacious and clean. The backyard was very comfortable to hang out. When arriving to the property the house was not ready on time. We couldn’t move in until 7:30 at night. When we left we were expected to vacate the property 2 hours before check out. There were no instructions on how to use the “smart” home features. The top oven was broken.

The cleanliness of the property for all guests is of up most importance especially with COVID and allowing pets at the property. Our sincere apologies it was still being cleaned at check in time, we’ll certainly do all we can to address that in the future. We also wouldn’t ask guests to leave early, I’m sorry there was any confusion but no guests are expected to check out until the posted times with late check out often available when able to accommodate. The smart home features can be a bit confusing. Your feedback is appreciated and will be sure to take all of It into consideration for future guests. Thank you

Amazing Stay

The place was amazing! It accommodated our large group comfortably and included enough "desk areas" for the guests working from home. Monica was very helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to palm springs.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood in particular for many reasons. It’s very well kept, very quiet and the home has incredible views with no neighbors behind us. Most of all it’s a stones throw from all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment you could ask for. Very close to dozens of golf courses and the Tennis Gardens too!

What makes this property unique

Its location is second to none! It’s also a single story so no stairs to have to climb, no HOA to impose harsh rules on guests and the gleaming pool is solar heated so lovely temps year round. I personally love to stay myself! If you’re a golfer or tennis enthusiast you’re in the right spot. PLUS it’s just up the road from Stagecoach and Coachella festivals.
