Pet Policy:
No pets allowed unless pre-approved. There is a $100 pet fee.
If you have a certified service animal, please provide documentation in advance.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fine.

House Rules:
No smoking inside or on the property – $250 fine for violations
No parties or events – $1,000 fine
No unapproved guests $60 fine per guest
Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $100/hour fee, plus any additional cleaning service charges
Locals within 45 minutes of the property must contact the host before booking. If the host requests cancellation, the guest must comply. A full payout refund will be given, but platform fees may not be refundable.

Great Family Stay

We were in town to visit family in Herculaneum and Festus - this house was perfectly located between the two! Aricka was a great hostess - very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

4th of July weekend

Amazing communication.. the house was tidy .. everything we needed for our stay was readily available... the owners live close by stayed in constant contact making sure our needs were met .. they had amazing suggestions on things to do .. they were not invasive or on top of us and made us feel overly welcome .. will definitely book this location again!

Compound type home

It’s quiet and serene. You are renting a house on a compound with the main family and their parents and am RV pad. It’s a renovated home. The owners are next door but NOT right on top of you. Its ok, not luxurious. It’s sufficient but not cozy. There is NO washer or dryer-I didn’t notice this when I rented. That’s a lot for me, I have younger kids and we stayed 2+ weeks. Also you have to get the trash up the hill. The owners are AWESOME. Responded FAST to every thing I needed. They are also really great people.

This was a long stay at a new listing. There are neighbors as shown in pics. Trash doesn’t have to be dealt with unless you stay long-term. Most people stick the trash on the car or in the back and drive it up to the dumpster on the way out. House keeping is happy to change the trash for your stay. The listing states no washer and dryer. I tried to address this early before the stay with a towel swap scenario.

Perfect little place to stay

It was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Close to everything that we wanted to go. It is tucked away at the end of a gravel road. Quiet and secluded. Highly recommend.
