Schöner Aufenthalt in Dobreć
Erste Maiwoche, ein Pärchen, zwei Singles. Wunderschöne unverbaubare Aussicht über die Kvarner Buch, zwei bestuhlte Terassen, eine Sitzlounge zusätzlich und mind. ein „Rauchereck“.
Elektrogrill, voll ausgestattete Küche, sehr großer Kühlschrank mit zusätzlichen Gefrierfächern. Sauna für zwei Personen, drei abgetrennte Schlafzimmer (eins davon mit eigenem Bad von innen betretbar). Traumhafter Balkon mit 4er-Sitzgruppe. Pool nicht beheizbar, vier Liegen. Stellplatz für zwei, bei kleineren Fahrzeugen für drei. Serpentinen-Zufahrt, ein direkter Nachbar. Der Verwalter Igor ist absolut sympathisch (spricht perfekt Deutsch) und hat einige Tips die wir genutzt haben. Handtücher, Verbrauchsartikel inkl. Vom Haus führen mehrere Wege in den Ućka Nationalpark, auch zu kleineren Gipfeln (Wanderkarte sehr empfehlenswert). Zu Fuß ca. 25-30min bergab zu Lokalen/Dorfzentrum. Zurück eher 30-45 min, abhängig von Kondition. An heißen Tagen sicherlich anstrengend.
Nachteile:
Liebe zum Detail fehlte (keine Vorhänge etc.) Waschmaschine war wohl die letzten Tage/Wochen geschlossen, daher schwarze Flecken (vermutl. Schimmel) im Waschmittelfach.
Silikon-Fugen in den Duschen verschlissen, teils mit punktueller Schimmelbildung.
Das angegebene vierte Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem im 1. Stock liegenden Raum, der im 1. Stock zwar abschließbar ist, jedoch nicht über die Wendeltreppe vom EG aus abgeschlossen werden kann. Wir haben diesen Raum nicht genutzt.
Wir würden wieder kommen.
