Zell am Ziller, 930 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a farm, on an open garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The homeowner lives in the house on the ground floor (not separate). Access is via a mountain road (paved). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
