Maui Banyan F-103 Ground Floor Condo - COMPLETE REMODEL.

**Please note: This is a ground floor unit, although there are stairs down from the parking lot and another set of stairs down to the ground floor hallway.

We purchased this unit in January of this year (2021). Everything in the unit has been replaced! Floors, newly built walk in showers in both bathrooms, new bathroom vanities/counters/faucets, brand new kitchenette in second bedroom, brand new kitchen in main living area with new cabinets/counters and all new appliances. Brand new washer and dryer with new AC units in living room and second bedroom. New ceiling fans, new paint, lights and all completely new furniture in the entire unit, along with new lanai furniture!

This ground floor unit has a patio spanning the entire unit with access from both bedrooms and the living room. You can walk out your lanai and on to the grassy courtyard next to our unit, which includes a picnic table and Weber gas grill. (still a set of stairs down from parking lot, so not ADA friendly)

This is located in the F building, which is closest to the street and only feet from the amazing Kamaole Beach II (which has a lifeguard as well). This condo is walking distance to many shops, cafe's and restaurants.

You will not be disappointed in booking this brand new, completely renovated unit!

The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui. We offer a beautiful 2 bedroom garden view room. There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedrooms! The living room and second bedroom have window Air Conditioning units.

Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.

Second bedroom -1 King bed. AC window unit, 2 person dining table, dresser, nightstand with drawers, kitchenette (apartment style fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hot water kettle, plates & utensils), TV with cable.

Bathrooms:
Main bath - can be accessed from master bedroom or from kitchen. It has a brand newly built walk-in shower with toilet. The bathroom vanity is brand new also 2021 and separated from shower & toilet by a pocket door.

Studio side bath - brand newly built walk-in shower with toilet, along with new bathroom vanity separated from shower & toilet by pocket door.

Great accommodations and host - Highly recommend!

My family of four, including two teenage boys, really enjoyed our stay. Dawn was very responsive and helpful, even emailing recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores and snorkeling spots that helped us plan. The condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed and sparkling clean, the beds comfy and the location excellent with the gorgeous Kamaole Beach Park II just across the street. Really appreciated the welcome snacks and courtesy beach towels, chairs, cooler and boogie boards. Thank you, Dawn!

Great place to stay

We had an amazing trip. Our accommodations were beautiful. From beach towels, boogie boards and coolers to the beautifully decorated condo. A/c was amazing through out. Pool and hot tub was super nice too.

Convenient location with all of the amenities

We really enjoyed our stay - Dawn and Sean were incredible hosts. They were attentive and responsive and ensured that the place was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our vacation. The location is great and the updates/decor was nice!

Nice renovated condo steps from the beach

Dawn was a great host - she was quick to respond and helpful answering our questions and requests. Location is excellent! 2 min walk to Kamaole beach, this unit was very convenient for our family. Nicely renovated, comfortable beds, nice chairs and supplies for the beach. Despite being close to the road we didn't find it noisy at all. Groundfloor unit is super convenient but the patio wasn't great for entertaining/socializing, very dark. Bedroom configuration isn't the best for kids if they go to sleep early, but for older kids/adults it is fine. Nice kitchen with plenty of equipment but you will need to buy lots of cooking supplies. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend if you are specifically looking to stay at the Maui Banyan

Me & my family have come to Maui for years and fell in love with Kihei! We purchased the unit above this one (F-203) in 2020 and then this unit (F-103) in 2021. We are so excited to own two units at Maui Banyan and the location can't be beat! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The location of Maui Banyan is amazing! It is located in Kihei, which is low key and more laid back than some other parts of Maui. This condo is just steps from amazing beaches, shopping and food! It's also only a couple miles from high end shopping & restaurants in Wailea, along with world class golf courses.

What makes this property unique

This unit is ground floor and you can walk out your lanai and onto the grassy courtyard to enjoy the sun! This condo was completely remodeled in 2021 and everything in the unit was replaced (floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, appliances, furniture). It's brand new!
