Awesome views from the condo of the beach! Some noise does leak in from the street but honestly wasn’t an issue at all for us, we were able to sleep just fine. Would definitely come back here!
Condo was very nice and clean. Amazing views of the ocean and the volcano from the deck. Joe was great to deal with fast responses and easy check in. What really makes this rental is location. Steps from 2 beaches, lots of restaurants shops bars ect literally across the street. Would definitely stay here again next time in Maui!
Joe was a wonderful host and the property was perfect for our group. The location is excellent next to amazing beaches and restaurants. We had a lovely time in Kihei and hope to return soon.
We loved our stay. The unit had ample room for our 4 adults, the view of the water was beautiful and the access to the beach and pool was outstanding. The unit had everything we needed (including beach chairs) and the AC worked perfectly. Restaurants and shops were within easy walking distances. We'd enthusiastically recommend this property to others!
The view is absolutely unbeatable! Sitting on the lanai and looking out at the ocean is mesmerizing, you will not find a better view anywhere in the area! The unit is so well stocked with everything for comfort and convenience…from bathroom to laundry to beach chairs, snorkel gear, even a little ice chest. The kitchen is very well stocked and we were able to easily cook any meals we wanted to eat-in. Loved the icemaker! It makes perfect ice so fast … we love ice in everything. The location is near anything you’ll want or need… restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, everything is walkable. Beaches are a little different right now post-hurricane, but the sand and access will come back in time - you can still walk north or south to get to whichever you want.Joe is super responsive. If you have any questions or needs, he’s very helpful and answers quickly. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much for your kind review. Everything you said describes the place perfectly. It's why it's our favorite place to come visit too when we come on vacation. Look forward to hosting again in the future
We loved our stay. It is well maintained and Christina the manager is excellent. The BBQ are works perfectly and the grounds are kept clean. Plenty of lawn chairs and places to sun. All in all a great place to stay if you're coming to Maui! Thanks Joe! for making it easy.
The complex is perfectly located between two great beaches and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Having AC in the unit was wonderful and the sunset views were amazing. Joe, the owner, was fabulous and responded quickly to all of our questions. We all had a great week!
Stay here for the view! The near oceanfront lanai is the most enticing aspect of this otherwise “vacation rental classic” condo. We had a hard time prying ourselves away from the outdoor space, from which whales were clearly visible in the morning and the afternoon (we came in February, peak whale season.) The unit is located near several shops, bars, and restaurants, which made it ideal for us, and the adjacent beach is beautiful. The condo has everything we needed to be comfortable, including fast wi-fi and good a/c. We did have a couple of very minor hiccups, but the owner was responsive and everything was cleared up quickly. I will warn drivers that the parking is ample, but tight for any vehicle larger than a compact sedan. And to echo other reviews, the bedrooms are not well insulated, and the street noise was near constant. So if you are a lite sleeper, bring your earplugs. But it’s worth it! Would and will stay here again!
