My beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo is located between Kamaole 1 & 2 Beach Parks and is just steps away from the beach. Being on the 2nd floor allows for an incredible ocean view but is still close enough to the ground for easy and quick access without having to use the elevator. The view from the lanai is amazing and I love to watch the whales, turtles, and dolphins play in the water. I invite you to enjoy my Maui home away from home!

Graduation Family Trip.

What a wonderful place to stay in Maui! Easy access to beach, clean rooms, pool, bbq access, beautiful sunset and and room views. Easy to walk to places. This was a wonderful family experience to celebrate our son graduating.

Anniversary Trip

Great and easy access to the beaches with amazing snorkeling opportunities. Property has quiet hours which are followed making for wonderful, peaceful quiet evenings. There are lots of restaurants and stores within easy walking distances. Really a beautiful place to stay.

Lovely Stay in Kihei

We had a great stay! The apartment has an ocean view, with easy access to the beach. It was very tidy and had a fully stocked kitchen. Even though there's no AC, we did not find it too hot. There are lots of shops and restaurants around as well as places to rent snorkels and paddleboards. Only issue was that the TV remotes did not work.

Perfect location

The condo was a bit older, but suited our needs perfectly. The location is key, gorgeous grounds and easy access to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was crazy small, but didn’t affect us. Property management was exceptional, great communication and so friendly!

Wonderful location. Great basic condo, however its VERY noisy. All windows are louvered for needed ventilation so you hear neighbors, road noise, and crashing waves.

Great view from lanai

Easy check in, attentive property managers, beautiful ocean view from the lanai. Clean, comfortable beds, well appointed. You don't need air conditioning with the nice breeze flowing through. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, beaches, and a short drive to Wailea beaches. Only downside we found was if you go to bed on the early side like we do and you have loud neighbors, it sounds like they are just a few feet away from your bed. That only happened a few nights though. Overall we really enjoyed the property.

Beautiful beachfront location!

There are too many great things to list about this property! - awesome beaches on both sides of the property - beautiful views from the well maintained “golf greens” like lawn that overlooks the lava finger that juts out from the front. We spent many hours here grilling and watching sunsets and sea turtles - super easy access and parking - the snorkeling is amazing. We swam with sea turtles every morning. Rent your gear for the week at Auntie Snorkels shop just across the street - great views from the balcony. We ate meals every day watching the waves crash on the beach - there is no air conditioning. We used fans at night to sleep, not a problem for us (June weather) - great staff. I talked with the folks daily, very friendly I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again!

Great Ocean Front Unit

We were a little worried about no AC and sleeping at night. However we were pleasantly surprised, the other people at the building quieted down right at 8 and other then the first night the temperature with the fans was nice in the unit. The key is keeping the windows open all day to keep the air moving and just shutting the curtains for a few hours, in the late morning when the sun is shining directly in. This unit was great, loved being on the second floor, so you can see the water and not have a lot of stairs. There is an elevator if you want. The pool was lovely, almost no one used it and it was very clean. We loved the deck, enough room for 4 people to sit out and eat dinner. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view from most parts of the unit. Beds were comfortable, a bit on the firm side but good. Linens were very nice and nice towels. The sofa in the living room was nice and comfortable. We also liked having a second table indoors to eat at. Some things are a bit tight, it is a one person kitchen. The bathrooms are a bit small but this is made up for with larger bedrooms and the bathrooms are both on suite. The 2nd bedroom, is on the hall side so it has a bit more noise, however it is also a bit cooler. The parking spaces in the lot are also very tight. With all that being said it would be hard to not stay ocean front again with a view like this. We loved our time here and would come back again.

Gorgeous view

We stayed at this condo unit for a week and loved every minute of it. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and we loved having coffee out there every morning. We knew the condo had no air conditioning... and because of the view... took a chance on it anyway. It did get warm during the days (we stayed in July), but with the windows open the breeze was great. My mom has a little harder time regulating her own temperature, so I think it bothered her more than it bothered me and my teenagers. We would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic, it has free parking and the pool and beach access are awesome. The beds are comfy (the small twin mattress was a little too firm), but all the rest were good. The main bath needs a new shower curtain, but if that's the only complaint we can come up with, we feel pretty blessed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
