Mana Kai Condo 607 has everything you are looking for! Best Beach... it's right on it! Unbelievable Ocean View... that's what you'll have at the Mana Kai.

The Mana Kai Resort is located right on one of the nicest beaches on Maui, Keawakapu Beach. The sand is luxurious and the ocean is warm and clear. Great snorkeling is just steps from the Mana Kai.

Our condo is a fantastic 2 BR, 2 BA Ocean Front unit, with 2 Kings and a queen sized sofa bed. The condo has been upgraded with Central AC even though the Mana Kai's Beach Front location affords comfortable temperatures year round. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a large lanai with that unbeatable view! It's not at all unusual for guests to spot humpback whales in the winter and turtles year round from the lanai. Beach and bath towels are provided. In addition, the condo has free high speed WiFi internet access, free long distant calling to the US and Canada and a free reserved parking spot.

*Note about Restaurant Closure and Renovation
A nice feature at the Mana Kai was the restaurant located on the first floor, which was previously the Five Palms. On March 6th, 2023 construction commenced on the items that are required to facilitate the construction of a replacement to the Five Palms. That replacement will be a very nice restaurant owned by the Merriman Group. They have a few well known restaurants in Hawaii and this is an exciting change. The downside is that this also means that at times there may be renovation noise coming from the first floor during the day, Monday through Friday. The pool will remain open, however the fitness center will be closed during this project.

Renovations are expected to continue until the restaurant is planned to open in the fall of 2024. So, if you are staying at the Mana Kai from March 6th through the end of 2024 and you are planning on midday naps, etc, this renovation may affect your plans, so we want to give you a “heads up”. On the other hand, if you'll be out during the daytime hours, it's an opportunity to stay at the Mana Kai while saving some money due to lower rates during this time period. The renovation is scheduled to take place Monday through Friday during daytime hours only.

The good news is that reduced rates are now in place and are already reflected in the prices on this VRBO ad. So if you put your dates in and get a quote, that quote already includes the restaurant renovation discount.

The Mana Kai Resort has many conveniences such as a deli and general store on the ground floor as well as a beach equipment rental shop which has snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, bikes, etc... The Mana Kai also features a beautiful oceanfront swimming pool and a BBQ area which is available for guest use.

This condo has the best views! The condo is a bit dated inside but it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. This is very easy for a family. I would say here again.

Perfect view

The condo is a little outdated but very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We have stayed at the Mana Kai before. We come for the convenience of the beach and the view from the condo ... we got both and were very happy with our stay. This condo is located right across from the elevators (no noise issues) and laundry room (very convenient). We made use of the heated pool and used the attached convenience store for the items we always seemed to forget. The bar and restaurant are still boarded up. Management said they ran into a few problems/delays and are still hopeful to have it open by the end of the year (there was no work or noise whatsoever while we were there).

Simply Paradise

This was the perfect unit for our family. Clean and well stocked, we enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We appreciated the provided beach amenities (towels, chairs, umbrella, pool noodles etc) and the kids couldn't get enough of the boggie board. The view from the lanai cannot be beat and we enjoyed the views immensely. Rick was very accommodating and communicative when I had questions. We look forward to another visit in the future!

My parents , who recently celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary and honeymooned in Hawaii, often took us to the islands for fun and memorable vacations. Having had 7 children the safe beaches and warm weather and water were a perfect summer playground for us.

We bought Mana Kai 607 to continue our family tradition of Maui vacations with siblings, 18 nieces and nephews, and 33 grandnieces and nephews. While probably needing a whole floor to fit us all, we visit when we can, and we enjoy sharing our Maui home with those travelling from afar. We continue to have wonderful visits in Maui and invite you to create your own memories with your families and loved ones.

We are grateful to Erik and Rick for facilitating your stay. They help us with our bookings due to our busy schedule at home.

The Mana Kai was an easy choice for us. It has the best view in Maui and is located on the best beach. It's an outstanding place!

What makes this property unique

In addition to the large lanai which is great for ocean front dining, the Mana Kai is home to the Five Palms restaurant. There is also a general store with a deli on the ground floor, as well as a beach rental shop with bikes, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, etc...
