Best place at Mana Kai

We have stayed at the Mana Kai five times before in different condos, this unit is absolutely beautiful and the owners thought of every detail to make you feel like you were staying at a five star hotel. I just booked for next year to make sure we get the same unit!

Absolute paradise. An incredible, luxury condo with an unbeatable view. The unit is extremely well kept and well decorated. The "hideaway" TV by the one bed is a cool touch as is the extra large shower in the master bath. The employees of the resort were very nice and helpful. The "lawn" area between the pool and the beach is an awesome place to lay out in the Hawaiian sun on very comfortable chairs and seconds away from the pool or ocean. It was just my wife and I so this was perfect for us. If you're bringing kids, just be aware, you might be on high alert not wanting them to break anything and cause more stress. Simply amazing place and hope to stay here again!

A Beautiful place on a beautiful beach

The condo is perfection! Beautiful renovation with amazing views of Keawakapu beach right in front of the building. If we make it back to Maui we will hopefully be able to stay here again.

Relaxing holiday

Amazing vacation in a beautiful setting. The condo is in a perfect location with an amazing view and is conveniently located next to a great beach. We ran every morning along the beach to the paved path and snorkeled with sea turtles in the ocean right next to the condo. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing vacation. We would love to return.

Great Mana Kai Unit

We have stayed in this unit in the past and once again it was great. Nice quiet condo right on the beach. Walking distance to Wailea. Can’t say enough good things about this condo/location/beach. Perfect!

Fantastic place and view!!

This unit is the nicest one we've stayed in at the Mana Kai over the last ten years. We have had previous experiences with other owners and the Youngs were by far the most responsive and prompt owners ever. The unit itself is well appointed and has a wonderful view of everything!! We will stay here again and again as long as we can. Thank you Gary and Sandy for a beautiful place and a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Getaway

This property was everything we thought it would be based upon the property description. Easy access to the beach, very clean and comfortable. The location is premiere and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet place to vacation in Maui. The only thing to note is that there is not a washer and dryer in the actual condo, but rather an available washer and dryer on the floor that is coin operated. Overall a can't miss property for a very special 30th anniversary for my wife and I.

Absolutely the Best!

We've stayed at the Mana Kai for over 10 years in different condo units and this was by far the most elegant of all. Everything about it was top notch. The artwork is outstanding. The kitchen cabinetry made me want to go home and redo ours. The furniture and bedding were top notch. We were greeted on checking in with 2 gorgeous orchids. Even the balcony was decorated. AC worked great. Huge bathtub in the back unit. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with unmatched views

We were fortunate to enjoy a few days in this beautiful property. The views are unmatched as you're literally on the beach. Even with windows closed, you can hear the magnificent surf. Property was immaculate, check-in, electronic (a breeze). Mana Kai staff and property were great. Beach and grounds in front of property were perfection. Sadly, our trip was cut a bit short by the Maui fires and we left in the middle of the night to we could make sure we made our flight the next day (so many unknowns while those fires raged in the night). My heart still can't get over the fires and devastation on beautiful Maui. All in all this stay was a perfect 10. We hope to return in 2024 and help support community rebuilding. Thank you!

This condo was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautifully renovated it was — everything felt brand new with top-of-the-line finishes and a bright, modern feel. But what truly sets this place apart is the view. The balcony overlooks the ocean with an unobstructed view that’s simply breathtaking. Watching the sunset each evening — whether from the balcony or down by the pool — felt like something out of a postcard.Gary was a wonderful host — responsive, welcoming, and clearly takes great pride in the property. You can tell he’s thought of everything to make guests feel at home. This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Maui, and we’re already planning to return. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing view from this unit and a great beach for walking and snorkeling. Definitely walk the trail to the north of the property toward the boat ramp and park if you want to see sea turtles! The general store on the ground floor is a great amenity with plenty of snacks and stuff for breakfast and lunch. Property is centrally located between Wailea and Kihei giving you tons of dining and shopping options.

Loved the place, view, and location. I probably wouldn’t advertise this as a 2-bedroom because it wasn’t. It was a studio with an extra bedroom and we wanted a 2-bedroom. It’s not a bedroom when the master is in the living room and kitchen. All that said, it was a beautiful spot and great location. The beach was amazing!

Slice of paradise

This was a great location from which to enjoy the laid back vibes of Kihei! Unit has a fabulous view and it was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the building is still undergoing renovations, so it was not available. So, the only downside is that you’ll need to drive somewhere for meals if you don’t want to cook. The market downstairs does have a limited menu. If you need to rent water sports gear, go see Carol next door to the market!

We’ve been to Maui many times and this is the best property we’ve had. The remodel includes all the amenities, high end appliances and stunning decor. I loved the view and spent a ton of time on the lanai. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo with AMAZING Ocean views

We spent a week at this property. We have been coming to the Mana Kai Maui regularly starting in 1979. This unit was by far the nicest unit we have visited. The property is nicely upgraded and forged into a single 2 bedroom unit with central air throughout. The appliances are all new and top quality. The lanai is well appointed and where you will likely spend much of your stay. Being on the 5th floor or above (and being at the end of the building closest to the ocean as this unit is) assures a view that really cannot be matched or bested anywhere on the island - we have tried!! Fortunately beautiful Keawakapu Beach did not lose sand during the earlier winter storms. We experienced perfect weather every day. Hopefully the restaurant will reopen soon - it’s so convenient to watch the sunset and the whales with a nice meal and a cocktail or wine. You cannot go wrong with this property and it’s close to all the nice facilities in Wailea but without the hubbub. Hopefully we’ll be back! It is a relatively expensive unit but the cost pales compared to the Wailea hotels - and they can’t match the comfort, views and relaxed pace of the Mana Kai

FANTASTIC!

What a beautiful unit! I've been in a few. We could see the whales from our lanai and that beautiful beach! Convenient location with so much near by. This was my husband's first trip. Now he only wants to go back, and only wants to stay in this unit.

One of Mana Kai's Best

Beautiful. Views surpassed by none! Yes! Even saw turtles from our lanai. And breeching whales. Clean and bright. Blackout window coverings. Did not use these...I love to wake to the beach views and surf sounds. Well stocked kitchen and very user friendly. Thanks for the little extras like spices, olive oil, foil and baggies. They were just amazed the first time we took them snorkeling - they said, 'Cool, it's like swimming in giant a fish tank!' There was no question, we had to invest in our own 'Hawaii beach house.' Thanks again for your interest in our condo # 503 it truly is the best of the best.
Our two-bedroom deluxe ocean view superior suite, recently totally renovated (November) with Island furniture is our home away from home. The difference starts with our location, and by far one of the best. Located by the end of the building closest to the ocean and away from the NOISE of the pool, elevators and foot traffic. The front door is equipped with a coded push button lock, which offers the freedom of not having keys. The Lanai floored with 16 x 16 ceramic tiles and furnished with weaved polythurane-coated table,chairs and footstools. Sleep while listening to the ocean sound of the waves rolling. One bathroom offers a walk in rain shower with glass wall, which is unique to our facility but gives you the view of the entire coast of Maui. The second plush bathroom offers a full soaking tub and not just a standard tub. All bedrooms have 600 count linens on all beds with queen size feather pillows finished with black out curtains. Prepare all your home-cooked meals in our fully equipped Gourmet kitchen. This kitchen offers sub zero frig. (ice maker included) most do not, confection oven, micro wave, glass top stove, bamboo cabinets, granite counter tops, glass block splash back and finished with low voltage lighting. In times of bad weather or just taking a break from the strong trade winds enjoy the central a/c through out the entire condo and not just one window unit located in one bedroom. Additionally we have moved more walls creating more usable space. Thanks again for your interest in our condo and I hope you take the opportunity to visit with us.
