This charming three bedroom home offers a private "local" experience in one of Maui's rare oceanfront neighborhoods. With idyllic views of the ocean and sunsets, this home promises many unforgettable memories. Our clean and cozy home is complete with all you need and will make your transition from daily life into a vacation as seamless as possible. A third bathroom is available and doubles as the laundry room. GE & TA taxes will be added to the nightly rate. One time cleaning fee of $475 also added at booking. Truly paradise

Amy wins the top property host of all time VRBO give her a reward. Quick to respond, friendly, always making sure everything is going smoothly and to our satisfaction. She went to great lengths to make sure a piece of jewelry was returned to us after cleaning staff found it (thank you staff, mahalo). The house was amazing! So clean and stocked with everything that travelers would not have with them, and or would have to go out and buy ( when you only need a small amount or just for this trip ). It’s the little things that make such a difference. The views are spectacular and beautiful, and you basically have your own swimming and beach. The location is central to so much on the island!!! A big thank you to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise . This was the perfect house.

a little piece of paradise.

The location of this home is amazing. On the beach, with a grass yard to the bulkhead. Palm trees. Beautiful sunsets. The home slept six without a problem. Great deck to look out over the ocean. We even saw turtles on the beach next to us. Thank you for a great week.

Location location location!

Fabulous place for a family week. Private and wonderful ocean views from the lanai. Whale watching was fantastic as was the snorkeling beyond the shallows from the house. Lawn was great for coconut rolling bocce. We had sea kayak and paddle boards delivered to the house and the shore access a few doors down south of the house made for easy entry.

Fantastic ocean view from the house. The place had everything we hoped for our family visit; it was a quiet neighborhood, yet close to coffee shops, restaurants, and beaches. Kim was fantastic at helping me out after my stay at the house, finding another property to rent for my delayed flight. I can’t thank you enough for the memories with my family…

The photos don’t do this place justice. Right on the beach, had sea turtles visit the first night. Sad to be leaving for our next destination. Perfect view of the sunset.

Beautiful home with gorgeous sunsets!!!

The sunsets were amazing! The house was clean! Only downside is the only bedroom that has curtains that make the room darker is the master. The room with two twins has yellow curtains that only slightly dim the east windows & the room with the queen bed doesn’t have any curtains which is also east facing & faces the street so the street light shines in all night! The curtains that are there in the bedrooms are cheap & difficult to open/close. We saw whales from the backyard & one evening we saw 10-12 sea turtles eating algae off the rocks at the back of the property. It was amazing to be so close without bothering them! The best feature was without a doubt the sunsets though!!!

Everything and More!!

This propery was worth every penny! We are a family of 5, 3 kids 16-21yrs and 2 parents, we all had lots of room to spread out. The cleaning staff are top notch, this is the cleanest beach house we ever rented. The pictures don't show that the living room is a huge area & the primary bedroom is enormous! We never used living or dining rooms we ate & relaxed on the back patio & yard which is why we rented this specific house. The yard is amazing, we brought a light hammock & everyone rotated using that the whole week.I could have lived on that patio! After 12p the wind is always crazy but the patio is tucked in & you can sit comfortably, enjoy the perfect weather while protected from the wind & shaded. The beach access is great, turtles nonstop all day everyday seen from patio & up on the sand at the beach, sunsets every evening, crashing wave sounds to sleep to every night. We rented paddleboards to use but you can only use in the mornings,after that the water is white caps from the high wind. The neighborhood is fantastic, quiet &residential. Note: Bring eye masks to sleep, all rooms have sheer curtains, 3rd bathroom is in detached laundryroom which wasn't an issue for us, there were chairs, umbrellas, beach towels to use, neighbors always park in front of the garage but if you have jst 1 car youll be fine in the driveway space. Even when my husband & I return without our kids, we will have to stay here for the relaxing yard area, squeeky clean house and amazing location!

Incredible! This is the PERFECT Maui home! Without a doubt, THE BEST vacation rental I've ever had!

This property is gorgeous. From the perfect, oceanfront location (the VIEW is REAL ... EXACTLY like the picture!) to the incredible, thoughtful amenities within the home, no detail was left out ... Sandra created a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked-in, we felt comfortable, relaxed and ready for the Maui experience. The home is everything you want and need while vacationing in Maui -- 3 showers/baths, beds for 6 occupants, spacious living and dining area with amazing ocean views. All comforts of home were available ... fully-stocked bath and kitchen items made the transition from home to vacation seamless. The only thing we needed to add was our own food -- everything was in the house already to help us cook or even do laundry (washer/dryer available and detergent was provided!) We even had 6 beach chairs and umbrellas that Sandra provided to take along to our Maui beach treks. Lots of towels, sunscreen, etc ... all available and complimentary as part of the rental. Unbelievable amenities in a beautiful setting ... who could ask for more? Sandra was the perfect host ... she greeted us at check-in and showed us around the place and checked in on us via text mid-way through the vacation to see if we needed anything. Upon check-out, she came to say goodbye and we felt like we've made a new friend on Maui. This was truly the BEST home-away-from-home experience we've ever had. We traveled with our family of 5 ... 2 adults and 3 teens, ages 17, 17 and 19 ... everybody was happy with the accommodations and the location is great for a quick shopping trip to either Foodland or the local farmers' market (Wednesdays and Saturdays). Also, the Kihei park is down the street within 5 minutes walking distance ... there are beach trails and park amenities so close to this home -- great for a beach workout or sunrise stroll. Sunsets are the best at this place -- I think I recorded every evening sunset on my phone because each night was more beautiful than the last. I simply cannot say enough nice things about this place -- this is our ONLY go-to from now on. We've been to Maui 4 times and typically stayed in hotels. This was the first time we opted for a HomeAway rental and we did not regret it. When we return to Maui again one day, we will be booking this place immediately. There is no other place we'd like to stay ever again on Maui ... it is just THAT beautiful here and perfectly suited for a fantastic Maui experience. Highly recommend! Much Aloha

It was a sweet house. Huge primary room with equally huge TV. Space in kitchen and family rooms were tight for our group of 6. Most concerning is a step from the bedrooms/kitchen that isn’t very noticeable. We put ottomans next to each step so they wouldn’t be missed. Our 82 year old mom still tripped over them twice. The outdoor space is very nice. We saw sea turtles swimming, and one sunbathing on the beach a short walk from the house. Kihea was a fun town with a great shopping area and amazing food truck park. Overall, it was the relaxing end we were looking for.

This little house was perfect for us. The views are breathtakingly stunning!! The house is well stocked and the location makes it easy to get to anywhere on the island. We grilled-out every night and watched the sunset We called is dinner and a show. We would definitely come here again!!
