Beautiful ocean view. Kitchen equipped with everything you will need. The downstairs apartment was very nice, upgraded. The rooms each had their own A/C which was very nice.

Our large family loved this home. Robert, the property manager, was incredible to work with. He was so kind with check-in and check out. The pool was so fun to have even with proximity to the beach. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Our family of 15 stayed for 10 days and this property was very spacious and perfect! We had 7 children ages 2 to 13 who enjoyed the pool and large yard area (which is hard to find in Hawaii!) We prepared most of our meals at the house and it was very equipped for our needs! We also took advantage of the basement apartment which worked out great! Perfect location across from the beach and close proximity to many Kihei activities! We managed just fine but keep in mind, only the bedrooms and bathrooms are air conditioned- not the main living area! We mostly enjoyed the oversized lanai with fire table and grill where there was always a slight breeze! Truly heavenly with great views! We highly recommend!

Perfect home for all ages! Our grandkids enjoyed the large outdoor space to run around and burn off their energy. Our adult children loved the outdoor space for relaxation and visiting with each other and we loved watching our family make memories on our favorite island. Looking forward to coming back and repeating this memorable vacation.

We had a great stay at this property… again! Lots of room for our extended family and the private pool. The two fridges and well equipped kitchen made cooking for our group a breeze. Tons of beach towels and pool gear. 10/10 would recommend.

From meeting the property mgr & walking in the front door this was an excellent stay. Kitchen had everything needed.Plenty of beach towels provided. We had 6 adults & kids 7 &12 with plenty of room for togetherness and private time. Beds were comfortable. Location great. Pool an added pleasure. Right across the road from the beach. It was perfect for our family celebration!

We love this property for our large family of 8 adults and 6 grandchildren (so far)! This was our second time staying here and everyone agrees it’s our happy place. Big safe enclosed grassy yard for the kids to run and a wonderful pool to play in. Beach across the street is so easy with all the littles. We will be back again!Would just love a better blender next time

A five-star stay! The house was perfect—clean, modern, and very spacious. The pool was a major highlight and the whole property is an excellent choice for a large group or anyone who loves to entertain. Manager was accommodating with clear instructions.
