Pacific View is nestled in the majestic West Maui Mountains, a vast area of lush valleys and steep cliffs. This lovely 5-acre estate is uniquely situated to capture all of the beautiful west Maui offers.

Pacific View is a gated villa offering a generous 4000+ square feet of living space. Proceed through the main entrance and immediately the serenity of this estate will take your breath away with mesmerizing ocean views. The layout offers a generous, open living area with plush seating for all types of occasions. The fully equipped kitchen, with a large island and double ovens, comes complete with everything you'll need to create your island cuisine.

This private Maui estate consists of 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a relaxing day at the beach. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the separate Ohana (cottage.)

The spacious master suite, located in the main house, is in the South wing. There you'll find a plush king-size bed, a Jacuzzi tub in the massive en-suite bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, dual sink vanity, and a separate water closet. The spacious master closet even has a built-in vanity desk and mirror.
The other three-bedroom suites are situated in the North wing. Each is designed to accommodate luxurious comfort. The second and third suites also offer plush king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has 3 beds; 1 set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a full-sized mattress on the bottom, plus a queen bed.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath Ohana comes complete with another comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer, and dryer, and a shared hallway bathroom. The North bedroom has a Queen bed with Mountain views, and the South bedroom has a Queen bed with partial Ocean and Mountain Views.

The outdoor area is wonderfully equipped for creating some of your precious Maui memories! Thus, no feature has been overlooked. Here you'll find a built-in BBQ with prep space, a dishwasher, microwave oven, beverage refrigerator, sink with a garbage disposal, and pleasing outdoor dining and lounge furniture. The generously sized infinity-edge pool and spa are just steps from the covered outdoor dining area. If you prefer not to dine alfresco there's also a large indoor table with ample space for your entire group to enjoy meals.

If some of you need to work a bit there's a private office with a spacious built-in desk, complete with 3 chairs. There are also two sets of large front-loading washers/dryers in the laundry room, along with another set in the Ohana. Most of the year West Maui consists of warm sunny days, however occasionally guests may prefer to have the pool heated. This can be arranged at the time of booking for a nominal fee.

*As of Jan. 2021 Bill SB 2571 went into effect, and Hawai'i is now the first State to ban non 'reef safe' sunscreen in an effort to protect our reefs and marine life. Please help us with this important legislation and purchase either 'reef safe' sunscreen before you travel, or wait until you're on Maui where you'll find a great selection readily available.
*It's also illegal to approach, touch, or harass sea turtles and monk seals in Hawai'i, both in and out of the ocean. They are protected by the 'Endangered Species Act.' Non-compliance may result in a steep fine and/or imprisonment.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from this home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area;
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited;
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
