The space

Have a splash in the waters of the contoured swimming pool. Or perhaps a soothing soak in the therapeutic bubbles of the adjacent hot tub? The grounds at Fleetwood Villa are rounded out with a barbecue, a covered alfresco dining area and plenty of sun loungers. Indoors, you will find TV, Wi-Fi access and a billiard table to enjoy hours of entertainment with friends and family.

High vaulted ceilings, overhead fans and large windows keep the feelings airy and breezy at Fleetwood Villa. The living area includes a plush sofa and swivel chairs around a built in entertainment center. The formal dining area with its large wooden table makes a great place to share a special announcement with your loved ones or entourage. Up the spiral staircase, you will find a cozy loft with a little extra privacy and a gorgeous panoramic view of the neighboring island of Molokai. The fully equipped kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests comfortably, plus the upstairs loft can be used as an extra sleeping area if needed. You will have a choice of one cal-king size bed, one king size bed, one queen bed, two twin beds that can be converted into a king, and a full pull-out sofa bed in the loft. Each sleeping quarter provides a television and air conditioning. The master bathroom features a dual vanity and soaking tub. The guest bath features a dual vanity and shower.

There is also an open air outdoor shower on the pool deck. This is a non-smoking villa. Guest access

Guests have access to main house, backyard and pool area. Detached cottage is owner occupied and off limits for guests.

House Policies: -Quiet hours shall be maintained from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. -Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area -Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited -Vehicles shall park in the designated onsite parking areas and shall not be parked on the street -Only registered guests allowed on property -No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
