Private 4bd Home, Walk to Beach
The Kahana Beach House is a spacious and comfortable home located across the street from a secluded beach. Close to some of Maui's best restaurants, golf, and exciting island attractions the beach house serves as a great central hub to explore the island of Maui. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the outside deck is great for lounging in a hammock or grilling on the BBQ.
This bright and airy 2,500 square foot home is a wonderful place to get away. The home is equipped with towels, wifi, AC, pots and pans, and other island necessities. Our spacious lanai (deck) is the perfect place to relax on the hammock or BBQ and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is large and newly updated with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, tea kettle, and plenty of dishes and glassware. Bathrooms are newly re-modeled and filled with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We supply a variety of beach equipment so you can enjoy the beautiful shores of Maui in comfort.
Five minute drive to Napili Bay and the Kapalua Golf and resort areas. Ten minutes to Ka'anapali Beach, 15 minutes to Lahaina. Public bus stop right out front. The Kahului Airport (OGG) is approximately an hour drive from our home. The Kapalua Airport (JNB) is a small inter-island airport close by, 3 minute drive, that operates small aircrafts.
*Attached caretaker unit above garage occupied by long-term tenant, separate entrance, very private.
*Bedroom 3 can be converted to a king bed if desired, please let us know ahead of time.
*Mid-week cleaning required for stay of 8 nights or more. Linen change can be requested for additional fee.

Why they chose this property
This property is in a great location, away from the heat of Lahaina. There is a very secluded beach right across the street that has frequent visits from Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. On quiet evenings, you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy meals and spend time with loved ones.
