Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Beautiful & peaceful home oasis getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property prior to a conference and loved it! The home and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Knowing we would be eating out during the conference, we chose to cook/grill dinners on site. The kitchen, grill, and deck area were perfect for happy hour and dinners in. The pool, hottub, waterfall features and landscaping made you feel like you were in a secret garden.... Marking morning coffee, midday sun, and stargazing at night extra peaceful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PMI was over the top easy to deal with and the house was AMAZING!! Our plans unexpectedly changed while we were on the island and I reached out to see if it was possible to check in days early. Within house, they had the house ready and we got the go ahead to check in. The house was in perfect location, 8 mins from a beautiful public beach and 5 mins from a shopping plaza.The pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless!! I would recommend PMI and this house specifically to ANYONE going to the island.

Awesome poolside getaway

House was perfect. Closeness and accessibility to all Wailea has to offer without having to be at one of the Oceanside resorts. Recommend eating at Matteo’s for incredible Italian food and Lineage if you want more Classic Hawaiian flavors. Monkey pod and Tikihua are musts for their Mai Tai’s and smaller bites.
