Come relax and enjoy your stay at our spectacular ocean-view luxury villa, located directly across from the Grand Wailea Hotel & Spa on the beautiful island of Maui.

Situated on the third row at Ho'olei, this beautiful two-story villa boasts dramatic Pacific Ocean views from both upper and lower levels. During the day, feel the gentle caress of the island breeze as you breathe in the clear air and gaze at the azure blue waters. In the evening, spectacular sunsets will take your breath away and create memories to last a lifetime.

This unit offers spacious accommodations for your stay in paradise with 3,462 square feet of living space. Ensuite configurations in all three bedrooms guarantee privacy, comfort, and convenience for guests. A sofa sleeper in the living room accommodates two additional guests.

This villa is privately owned and does not participate in the Grand Wailea Resort rental program. Our guests do not have access to the Grand Wailea pools, water slides, or shuttles. However, all of the restaurants and the spa at Grand Wailea are available to outside guests. The wonderful pool and amenities at Ho'olei are available for your use and are always much less crowded than the hotel pools!

You will love the expansive great room, offering gorgeous views and ample space for conversation, dining and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors retract into hidden pockets, enabling a seamless transition to the outdoors where you can relax and soak in the Aloha spirit on the upper lanai with sitting chairs, a dining table, large outdoor grill and under-counter refrigerator.

Matthew was great! He responded to our questions quickly. Was proactive getting the key codes to us before we arrived. There is a local contact should you have problems and they responded quickly. The condo was beautiful with a wonderful kitchen and we spent a lot of time on the deck with lots of comfortable chairs and dining room type table that seated the 7 of us.

Location! Location! Location!Condo was very spacious for my family of 5 and it was a nice surprise to have the bathrooms stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo & conditioner and beach towels! Beds were extremely comfortable and SMELLED DEVINE! Im waiting for the rental property to get back to me about whatever they wash their linens with. Im convinced thats why I got some of the best sleep of my life here. Will 10000000% come back to this rental!Fyi-property grounds have a handful of feral cats who are HUNGRY. just be careful opening up the downstairs patio doors as they will try to come inside.

Lots of room especially if you are multi family. Having your own bathroom and large kitchen, dining, living room and lanai is wonderful. Pool is amazing, grounds are very well kept. Within walking distance to the Shops of Wailea and Wailea Beach. Have stayed several times before and have never been disappointed!

Great wedding preparation villa!

As parents of the bride, we were thrilled to have a nice place for our daughter to get ready in. This villa is gorgeous! We stayed 10 days but wished we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed our morning walks and the quiet, beautiful sunset dinners on the lanai. We have highly recommended this villa to our close family and friends and we will definitely be back!

This was our first experience with a VRBO property and we could not have been happier! Everything about this condo was so well represented and accurate from the listing. Gorgeous. Very clean. Had everything we needed. This condo is located in the perfect location, has fabulous views, the perfect lanai, high end furnishings, great kitchen with ample supply of dishes and cookware, spacious family room, and impeccable grounds. Our family loved staying here! This condo was lovely and the pics represented it really well. It was beautiful with a stunning view! We enjoyed morning coffee outside on the lanai and could actually see whales breaching in the ocean! We spent every evening on the lanai - talking, enjoying dinner, wine and playing board games (an assortment provided). Location is a short walk to the beach. Loved having big towels, beach chairs and an umbrella available! We did go to the pool on a very windy beach day. It was such a pretty spot and very clean. Communication with the owner and on site team was quick and easy. Thank you!

2024 Christmas Vacation to Maui

My family and I planned this trip back in March 2024 and reserved this property in Ho'olei.Right from the initial reservation process and first payment installment, the interaction with Matthew was excellent and seamless. Matthew was responsive and very helpful.The unit at Ho'olei was remarkable, well located within the property, and most importantly, was extremely clean when we checked in. There was a small welcome gift which was appreciative. Ok stay at Ho’olei. Place desperately needs new carpet

One of the first things my wife noticed was the carpet. Several deep stains were present and the need to replace was evident. We also noticed the couch was apparently broken and the kind bed in the third bedroom smelled like cologne. However, with all of the above mentioned we had a great stay. The view was incredible and the condo had an upstairs and downstairs sitting areas. One of which features a gas grill. We thoroughly utilized and enjoyed the kitchen. Proximity to the beach was also a plus.

Wrong entry code for property gate. Snuck in with a car who went around us. Never received a “personal code” to actually enter the unit. Waited in garage for a return call that thankfully granted us access Everything was great after that except that only one card worked for the unit out stay.

Dream villa in dream location

Outstanding rental in every way possible. Ease of booking and communication with owner/property manager was flawless. Wonderful and quick communication anytime I had a question prior to arrival. Check-in directions were communicated about a week before our arrival and self check-in was a breeze. This villa/condo is gorgeous! Even better than the pictures online! Best of all, it is incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of beach stuff including: beach towels, backpack-style beach chairs, floats, beach umbrellas. Household basics were also well stocked so no need to buy paper towels, tp, essential cleaning supplies or toiletries. This may seem like a minor thing, but it was so nice to not have to shop for these items or worry that we would run out. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely every dish and appliance you could need. Living and sleeping spaces are beautiful, large, and very comfortable -- especially the beds -- we all enjoyed the super plush beds and bedding. These villas are situated in a great area of Wailea - this unit has a breath-taking view of the ocean and a large lanai from which to enjoy it. The Grand Wailea is a three minute walk across the street and shopping/dining is just a five minute walk further down the street. The onsite pool is also very nice. Don't hesitate to book this villa - you will not be disappointed.

Condo was better than advertised! 11 day stay at this wonderful property was incredible. Vistas from both lanais are breathtaking. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil needed, snorkeling gear is included, and all furniture is top of line! Check In & Check Out :( was a breeze. We will certainly be back to this great condo!
