Spacious and completely renovated front row, top floor, corner Penthouse Unit of the beautiful and conveniently located Kihei Alii Kai complex. This unit is impeccably decorated and newly furnished. It has been beautifully upgraded with contemporary, beach-inspired decor and has huge ocean facing windows in the living area and master suite, and vaulted ceilings throughout. Enjoy wide ocean views and glorious sunsets from either of the two unobstructed balconies.

A newly installed 4 split Air Conditioning System will assure you stay ultra cool throughout the unit, with the ability to control the temperature in each zone, for your comfort. One AC unit in the living area, one in the master suite, one in the second bedroom and one in the loft bedroom.

Equipped to accommodate a group of 8 comfortably, this is a rare find in Kihei, with a layout that provides great separation of space for couples, families, and groups.

The master bedroom boasts a beautifully carved, California King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in, custom tiled shower, and a private lanai, with incredible views. Watch the ocean and enjoy the sunset from bed!!

The lovely second bedroom and loft bedroom are both large and comfortable, each features a Queen sized bed. The loft bedroom is airy and bright and overlooks the main living space. For additional sleeping space the living room offers a pullout, Queen sized, sleeper sofa. There is a full bathroom, including bathtub, located just outside the second bedroom. The washer-dryer and linen closet are located in the hallway closets for everyone's convenient use.

The condo has an incredible, open concept living, dining, kitchen area featuring brand new furnishings and two-story wall-to-wall windows, with sliding doors that open onto a large ocean view lanai. There is plenty of room to gather, relax, dine or entertain inside and out. The fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen features granite counter tops, hardwood cabinetry, and all of the cooking tools/utensils you might need to make delicious meals at home during your stay!

This complex is centrally located in the heart of Kihei across the street from Kamaole Beach 1, where snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, or just basking in the sun on one of Maui’s most pristine beaches is a must! The complex features solar-heated pool, hot tub, sauna, as well as an outdoor dining area with gas BBQs. Perfect location

We stayed here for a week. It has an unbelievable view of the ocean and sunsets. The pictures don’t do it justice. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect location

The property itself is clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable for our group of 5. The beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards made it very easy to take advantage of the beach. The main draw is the view from the balcony and the close proximity to an absolutely beautiful beach. We had perfect weather while we were there and took advantage of the beach everyday. It's also walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and a small grocery store, which was very convenient too. If we're every back in Maui, this would be our #1 choice of where to stay.

This condo is an easy walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Management was very helpful in addressing maintenance issues. Good choice for your stay in Maui.

Most amazing location!

My family and I recently stayed at the condo for 6 nights. It’s by far one of our better trips to Maui thanks to it’s location. The ocean views from the balconies are picture perfect. The condo is just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. This condo is definitely five stars.

Perfect vacation rental for my family.

Beautiful property. Location is excellent. You can walk to beach, shops , and restaurants. It's top floor and give you nice water view. Property manager communicates with you very promptly and efficiently. My family enjoyed this vacation rental very much.

Kihei Beach Retreat

This property is centrally located in Kihei, literally less then 3 minute walk to the beach, a coffee shop, some good food and a grocery. You could not ask for a better location. Property has all the amenities you need, a view, a good space for family and close access to the beach. The overall property is a little dated, but our stay here was great, we had easy access to everything needed, minimal driving. The unit itself was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed as a family to enjoy our stay, including some great beach equipment. Communicating with the property management was easy, as was check in/check out. Great overall experience, and we look forward to returning again!

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

Nice place to stay with beach views. Air conditioning was nice to have. It looked well stocked with beach gear (coolers, folding chairs, etc.) although we did not use. Very close to ABC store which has EVERYTHING. The only down side is that I wish the property provided bath soap/shampoo for the price. Also, the blinds in the second downstairs bedroom did not go all the way down so someone walking by can see you as you are lying in bed. We had to improvise to block the gap.

Good- great location, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean w less than 2-3 minute walk to it, walkable area, master bed/pillows comfortableNot So Good- shower towels are tiny; my 19YO wears XS and barely wrapped around her- hot water was nonexistent; warm at best, master ensuite shower took 3 minutes to warm up before turning cold within 5. Some days wasn't even warm and the time of day/how many showers were needed didn't matter- blankets were thin - quiet time not abided by. If 8am, then employees should not be at 630am- washer & dryer were filthy; sand throughout the dryer and visible through the glassVRBO listing showed nothing about having to supply toilet paper, dish detergent, condiments, etc. Wasn’t notified until after final payment made a few weeks prior and after cancellation period ended. It does not make financial/economical sense to buy things like salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, mustard, syrup, etc. And to not supply toilet paper, paper towel or garbage bags, I was shocked. I’ve stayed around the world in VRBO places and never required to supply. For long term stays, I would understand but for short term stays, it is wasteful. As an owner of a condo literally next door the price charged for 10 day stay is pure greed considering doesn’t supply the kitchen and bathroom basics or decent sized towels. Would I recommend - probably but just be aware of what you need to supply that is not included.

Shhh...don't tell anyone about this amazing condo!!

We have been visiting Maui for over 20 years and usually stay in the Ka’anapali area. For this trip we were looking for a new experience and were excited to experience all that South Maui has to offer. This condo enabled us to embed ourselves in the community. We didn’t feel like tourists—we felt like we were there to live and relax. I was torn about leaving a review for this condo. The reasoning behind this was super simple—the fewer people that know how perfect this condo is, the better the odds of it being available for our future stays. I realized quickly the error of my ways—this place needs to be shared. I’m currently sitting on the spacious lanai during our last day in Kihei. My eyes keep looking toward the ocean to spot any whales that have decided to grace us with their presence (they have just started to arrive). I glance up at the palm tree directly in front of the lanai to see if the parakeets have come back. We have been here for over a week, and it has only gotten better with time. This condo is truly perfect. Our children are at an age where they like to be able to go out and explore on their own. The area is safe and kid-friendly, and our “littles” liked being able to walk to the shops for food and snacks. Our 22 year olds liked the night life that was all within walking distance. The layout and construction of the condo enabled my husband and I peace and quiet in the master bedroom, while the kids could giggle and be up late in the main living area. The concrete walls literally blocked out all of their youthful noise. We never felt like we were cramped or living on top of each other. More importantly, we didn’t feel like we were disturbing our neighbors. Pros: -Walking proximity to the beaches, great restaurants, natural food store, cafes, souvenirs, etc. (We never really needed our car after the first grocery shop) -Kitchen was completed stocked with everything we needed (even for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner) -Beach items (chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers) were high-end, plentiful, and convenient -Condo was cozy, updated, and very clean -Elevator was 10 steps from the condo -Valley Isle Property Group (Emily Koenig) was always available and incredibly responsive -All the shops that are in Lahaina are within 2 miles of this condo (ABC Stores, Whaler’s General store, Shops at Wailea, Honoloa Surf, Mahina, Maui Surf Wear, etc) -15-20 minutes from the airport -5 minutes to Wailea Cons: -We had to leave :(

This condo was perfect for the 6 adults that stayed there. There was plenty of room & well supplied with household items including plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas & towels. The location could not have been any better - very close to the beach & restaurants! Absolutely perfect!

We LOVED OUR STAY!

We had the best spring break here! The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We absolutely loved the views, location, beach, and pool. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops for food and fun. Comfy beds, main bedroom had an amazing view of the beach and it’s own balcony.Can’t wait to return!

A Wonderful Week!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed. Great location!!!! Quick easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and souvenir shops. There was a delicious gelato shop next door! The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We would definitely stay here again.
