Spacious and completely renovated front row, top floor, corner Penthouse Unit of the beautiful and conveniently located Kihei Alii Kai complex. This unit is impeccably decorated and newly furnished. It has been beautifully upgraded with contemporary, beach-inspired decor and has huge ocean facing windows in the living area and master suite, and vaulted ceilings throughout. Enjoy wide ocean views and glorious sunsets from either of the two unobstructed balconies.

A newly installed 4 split Air Conditioning System will assure you stay ultra cool throughout the unit, with the ability to control the temperature in each zone, for your comfort. One AC unit in the living area, one in the master suite, one in the second bedroom and one in the loft bedroom.

Equipped to accommodate a group of 8 comfortably, this is a rare find in Kihei, with a layout that provides great separation of space for couples, families, and groups.

The master bedroom boasts a beautifully carved, California King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in, custom tiled shower, and a private lanai, with incredible views. Watch the ocean and enjoy the sunset from bed!!

The lovely second bedroom and loft bedroom are both large and comfortable, each features a Queen sized bed. The loft bedroom is airy and bright and overlooks the main living space. For additional sleeping space the living room offers a pullout, Queen sized, sleeper sofa. There is a full bathroom, including bathtub, located just outside the second bedroom. The washer-dryer and linen closet are located in the hallway closets for everyone's convenient use.

The condo has an incredible, open concept living, dining, kitchen area featuring brand new furnishings and two-story wall-to-wall windows, with sliding doors that open onto a large ocean view lanai. There is plenty of room to gather, relax, dine or entertain inside and out. The fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen features granite counter tops, hardwood cabinetry, and all of the cooking tools/utensils you might need to make delicious meals at home during your stay!

This complex is centrally located in the heart of Kihei across the street from Kamaole Beach 1, where snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, or just basking in the sun on one of Maui’s most pristine beaches is a must! The complex features solar-heated pool, hot tub, sauna, as well as an outdoor dining area with gas BBQs. Loved this property! Stone's throw to the beach, food options aplenty and great lanai. We spent alot of time on the lanai taking in the oceanviews and sunsets. Plenty of space for our family of four (2 adults and 2 older teens). Only gripe was that the parking lot closest to the unit for visitors has very few parking spots. Ocean is so close that we never even used the pool!

Host responded in a timely manner regarding questions prior to our stay, everything in working order & nice amount of starter amenities, condo very nice (however could be cleaned better, especially baseboards in bathrooms). The parking was not ideal - close parking was usually full, so had to walk a very long distance. The view of ocean was great, but had a very loud air conditioner unit of commercial building between condo & ocean, which limited hearing waves. Good location - close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to beach.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. There was plenty of space for two children and four adults. The location was a quick walk to the beach and easy access to the condo from the elevator. The pool was fun for the kids. We had a few concerns come up during the stay. For one, the beach wagon provided as broken and the owners responded quickly and brought bus another to use. We found what we think was mold in the AC unit. The repair people could not come for a few days to check it out but ultimately the issue was evaluated. Also of note, the balcony is near the designated smoking spot do the condo so often we could smell smoke from smokers nearby.

We LOVED OUR STAY!

We had the best spring break here! The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We absolutely loved the views, location, beach, and pool. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops for food and fun. Comfy beds, main bedroom had an amazing view of the beach and it’s own balcony.Can’t wait to return!

We stayed while doing some surfing and wind sports. The place is confidently located centrally to many great spots. In walking distance are a few fun restaurants and the beach is just across the street.
