This 3 bedroom 3 bath multi level condominium apartment is like a private home! From the entry you can step up to the open living area with a ocean view lanai. The spacious living area can easily accommodate a family get together with the entertainment area and comfortable dining section. Also on this level is the well equipped kitchen-perfect for a quick snack or making that gourmet meal to enjoy on the lanai. The living room sofa opens to a queen size sleeper sofa able to accommodate 2 guests. On the lower level are two bedrooms-each with their own lanai and a separate full size laundry room. Just a few more steps is the private master suite- with a private garden view lanai. Want to take a refreshing dip? The swimming pool at The Palms of Wailea is a short walk through tropical gardens. Want to stroll along a long sandy beach? The "jewel" of Kihei- Keawakapu Beach is also a short walk from the property. This property has something for everyone's perfect Maui get away!

At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Great Condo!

My family and I had a two week stay at the condo and it was everything it said it would be. Clean, well-stocked with essentials and a terrific location.There was enough room for all and it was very conveniently located.Would not hesitate staying there again!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the condo for 5 nights with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. The furniture is outdated, but it was the best stocked condo I have ever rented and a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of room and the home was equipped with beach chairs and toys. Close to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The 3 bathrooms came in handy with our large crew. I hope to come again.

Beautiful Property

This property was even better than the pictures! Very clean and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The location is in great proximity to the beach, Wailea and Kihei. Bryce with Bello was very communicative and helpful with all our questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have Rented Palms at Wailea 2002 and I can state all six of us( three teeagers0 HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Two large patios held evening dinners, morning breakfasts and opportunities for casual conversation. Everything is supplied in the kitchen including 3 brands of Food Blenders This was a vacation with grand children to create lifelong memories Upon arriving it was determined that we had no propane in the BBQ,one phone phone call to the Management Company and problem solved within an hour

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed here 11 years ago and noticed a few changes. The sofa bed had a brand new mattress and new cushions or perhaps was completely new this time so more comfortable for sleeping on. The safe was not working and they had to take it away for repairs so we didn't have that which was very appreciated last time. Any other needs were taken care of within a couple of days so all in all still our favourite place to stay. Easy walk to the beach for most people (even my mom who is 91).

Great Place, feels like a house not a condo which is nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great for our family of eight. we were very comfortable with the space. The pros outweighed the cons on this one. We really liked the heat pump unit instead of having a normal A/C. The beds are comfortable. Overall there is too much of the owner's stuff everywhere. It's a bit cluttered. Some things are updated and some things are old. I can imagine it must be difficult though to upkeep and maintain a rental so the owners are doing well with that. Some future upgrades could be - get rid of the entertainment center and mount a bigger TV on the living room wall with media storage underneath, install fans in the bathrooms, and maybe a bigger hot water tank. (all 8 of use could not shower consecutively and we take fast showers) Also, the road noise can be loud in the evening. It is an uphill walk to the nice pool. Overall though, we would stay here again.Bello Realty was very kind and patient with us. they are great to rent from.

Reviewer Comments: Ou party of six adults and one child enjoyed a very comfortable and memorable stay in this well located, spacious, and homey townhouse in Wailea. The home is well stocked with everything a family might need including beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys, extensive kitchen gadgets and appliances for cooking, and even games and puzzles. The pool area is very nice, there is a beach in walking distance but we enjoyed spending time at Wailea and Big Beach. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the laundry facilities, shampoo and body wash in each bathroom. It felt like a resort home away from home! I would definitely recommend to others and would enjoy staying there again. Thank you to Bella Realty and the owners!
