The moment you enter the front door of our condo, #606, you can't miss the beauty of Maui. The view is breathtaking and the sound of the waves and the smell of the ocean is inviting. The Mana Kai Resort is located right on Keawakapu Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. The panoramic view is wonderful for whale watching and romantic dinners on the lanai. The Mana Kai is on the border of Wailea and Kihei. You can walk for miles along the sandy beaches and resorts of south Kihei. Enjoy the beautiful oceanfront swimming pool and garden setting just steps from your door.

Our two-bedroom, two-bath fully air conditioned condo is perfect for two couples. It is decorated in a modern beach style. Being oceanfront is special, and we welcome you to enjoy our beachfront Condo. This is a non smoking property. Update: After years of waiting the new restaurant at the Mana Kai will open late 2025. We are so excited to welcome The Beach House at Mana Kai. Permits have been issued and construction will begin in early2025.

We have been to Maui many times and this is easily our favorite unit and property. The view is amazing from the lanai and unit with large sliding glass doors. The unit is beautifully updated and stocked with all the essentials. Lawn chairs always available out front. Owner very responsive and helpful. On the best beach at the edge of Kihei and Wailea. We hope to be back!

Great location, view to die for, living space is well appointed & well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, 4 beach chairs & an umbrella! Amenities include a swimming pool & convenience shop with deli. Washer & dryer conveniently located across from elevator. the condo was beautiful. The views of the ocean and beach were gorgeous. Loved watching the whales while sitting on the balcony. The air conditioning was broken but that was not the fault of the renter. She tried to have it fixed immeditely but the part had to be shipped in.

Best Place on Maui!

We have rented from various owners at the Mana Kai for 25+ years. This location is a true gem and one of the best locations on Maui! This unit has been beautifully updated, is clean, stocked with essentials, and the owner is very easy to deal with. The whales were very active during our stay (March) and it was fun watching them from our lanai and the beach. The beach area is always clean with lawn chairs available for guests on the grassy area. Pool is a bonus – and the General Store on site is super convenient. Plenty of restaurants close by in Wailea and Kihei. Highly recommend this property!

beautifully renovated 2 bdr unit with sweeping views! Best equipped kitchen we've ever experienced! Stunning tile details in the bathroom. Looking forward to returning next year! Just a note for your balcony - would prefer one larger table, instead of 2. Make sure your housecleaners damp mop the balcony tile, too much dust and dirt out there. All clean and spiffy inside.
