This condo was amazing. The view is gorgeous, beds are comfortable, quality cookware and lots of spices/general amenities available. John and Sara are wonderful hosts and I wish we could've stayed longer.

Great place and unit is exactly how the pictures depict. Location is fantastic and sitting on the balcony watching folks on the beach and in the water is great. Would come back for sure.

This is our third or fourth time staying at this property and we love it. It's our happy place. The condo is excellent, the hosts and the local manager are SO responsive. The place is spotless. Heavenly!

We loved everything about this property -- truly an upscale unit with everything you could possibly need. Location is excellent, providing an amazing view and great beach to walk out to; very handy having the 808 store just downstairs as well. John and Sara made everything as simple and efficient as possible -- logistics shouldn't be a concern on vacation and they really do take care of everything. We look forward to returning next time we come to Maui!

Enjoyed the stay for four nights in mid-July. The property itself is great, laundry facilities were easy to use on the floor as well. The unit had tons of items that you may or may not need and the views are 11/10.The construction on the restaurant below was loud for about 30 minutes a day from 8-9am. That’s temporary and out of control for this unit.Overall would definitely stay again as we couldn’t keep our teenager boys off the beach

We have been vacationing at the Mana Kai on Maui for the last 40 years. We have stayed in many condos on the property over the years, but this one is by far the best in recent times! This was our second holiday in John’s condo, and it was just as wonderful as our first visit a few years ago. The location and view cannot be beat! The condo is appointed with the finest amenities from the plush bath towels, to the Crate and Barrel plates and flat wear, to the lovely bath appointments and products, to the colorful and luxurious beach towels you will feel like you are vacationing in a 5 star resort and it was clean as a whistle upon arrival. Let me just say we were the envy of our other family members who were staying in other condos on the property! John and Sara are excellent hosts. They communicate promptly and with clear instructions. When we return to Maui for our next holiday, there is no doubt that we will return to this one! Great condo with an amazing view. Sunsets were our favorite off the back lanai. It has every amenity you could need while on a vacation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The location is close to everything and has clean calm beaches. Check-in and communication with the host was easy. The beach view from the room was beautiful and unobstructed. My 10 and 11-year-old loved low tide, so they could explore the tide pools. You will not be disappointed with this unit. We would definitely go back again and stay here.

This unit and property was as described!! The unit was absolutely beautiful and very clean!! The views from the balcony were the reason we chose it! We sat out there and had coffee every single morning and sat there in the evening listening to the waves! The unit was one of the best stocked places we have ever stayed!! We couldn't believe it! The host was wonderful and responsive! We would definitely recommend and would love to come back to stay in the future.

Stunning condo. It still looks and feels as new as our first visit in 2018. The new mattresses and bedding are great. Everything is high quality. Pride of ownership shows through. The owners are fantastic to work with. We give them and their condo our highest recommendation.

We had the most incredible stay at Mana Kai 402—truly the best condo experience in Maui! Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and enjoying coffee on the lanai was pure paradise. On our very first morning, we were lucky enough to spot a whale right from the lanai—such an unforgettable, magical moment.Not only does this condo have the best view in the building, but I would argue it’s the best on the whole island—absolutely breathtaking from every angle.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly decorated. The location is unbeatable with amazing snorkeling just steps away—where we even saw sea turtles!John and Sara were wonderful hosts. They made everything seamless and welcoming from start to finish.We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. This place is truly something special—highly recommend!
