Unit #706 is very quiet and does NOT back up to any roads as many of the other units as The Palms do (see attached complex map for exact location.)

—Master Bedroom: A king size bed, cable television and fully remodeled bathroom. Luxurious linens, new pillows, new mattress and furniture. Blackout curtains to help get a great nights sleep! A closet is available for your use as well as six drawers to unpack and settled in for your stay. AC and ceiling fan located in this room to ensure a comfortable stay. Master bedroom is quiet and looks out onto lush, tropical greens. Does not back up to a road and is away from the parking lot.
— Second Bedroom: This private, closed off second bedroom is perfect when traveling with family members, children, or friends. Many units in The Palms that offer a “second bedroom” have sliding doors or an open floor plan for the second bedroom. This is a fully private, walled in 2nd bedroom with adjacent full bathroom with shower. Ability to set up with 2 twin beds or as a king bed. AC and ceiling fan located in this room to ensure a comfortable stay. Blackout curtains to help get a good night sleep.
-- A spacious lanai with dinning table, 2 lounge chairs and bar stools are perfect for relaxing while you enjoy the lush, serene landscaping The Palms at Wailea is known for.
--FAMILY FRIENDLY!! We have two young kids of our own so designed this unit with families in mind. We provide sand toys; pack-n-play with bedding; kid friendly dishes, cups and cutlery; low bathtub in the master bedroom perfect for kids and bumpers for the twin bed. A short walk to the pool! Park directly in front of unit.
--IN UNIT FREE LAUNDRY and complementary laundry supplies (because if you have to spend time on vacation doing laundry it should be easy and not involve looking for quarters!)
--Incredible Ocean Views from the Hot Tub and Resort Style Salt water swimming pool. Stroll over and watch the sunsets on the grass down from the pool.
--This unit has two NEW queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. Upgraded mattresses.
--This is a 2nd floor unit and is NOT handicapped accessible.

Awesome location, very roomy & well equipped unit with plenty of room for a family. Views from the Lanai were amazing, the pool was refreshing and the nearby bbq stations were always ready for grilling.

We had a wonderful stay here. It's spacious, clean, comfortable and a convenient location, close to the beach and shops. A peaceful & quiet spot to return to each day. We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry, lots of great beach gear - umbrellas, chairs. We had a bit of trouble with the TV, but I'm sure it will be resolved.Jillian was responsive and helpful. Location is great. We loved walking to the beach (15 min) and then coming back and enjoying the serene pool and hot tub.

This family condo had everything you could ask for: beach gear, kitchen equipment for home cooked meals, in unit free laundry. Other than food and drink, we didn't really need to get anything else. Everything was functional. The location is great too, even if parking gets bad at Ulua beach, you can easily drop off family and beach gear and park back at the condo to walk back down (less than a mile). Very easy checkin and checkout instructions from the host along with a binder of useful information for your stay on what to do and where to eat!

We enjoyed our time at The Palms- the view is peaceful and the condo is located in a quiet spot. It has all the amenities a family would need while vacationing on Maui- a stocked kitchen (all cooking utensils in working order), laundry was very convenient, and extra towels and bedding were available.

What a perfect vacation! The condo was beautiful and in a great location! The property owners put together a great guide for local beaches, activities and dining options! We visited Uluaa Beach, Charley Young Beach, Haleakalā and highly recommend the drive to Hana!

We had the best time in Maui, it was our first time to Hawaii, and it was perfect. The accommodations were excellent, exactly like the pictures, so comfortable and well-stocked. It had everything we needed, including boogie boards for my teenage boys. Jillian was amazing, very responsive, helpful and so accommodating. We stay in a lot of Vrbo's and this was by far the best so far! Perfect location would highly recommend and would for sure book again.

Absolutely the Best Stay!We travel a lot, and this condo is by far the one of the best places we’ve stayed. The owner Jillian is extremely helpful and very communicative, which made everything easy. The location is perfect- close by S Kihei Rd, a minute away from the Wailea mall, beautiful beaches and more. The condo itself is spotless, modern, and truly feels like home. This unit was impeccable. We wished we had just decided to stay here for the entirety of our trip to Maui. Good amount of space and it had absolutely everything you could need, especially for a family with young children. Communication with the owner was easy as well. Great townhome in Wailea

Property was clean and quiet. Recently renovated and plenty of space for our family of 5. Very close to the Wailea beaches and easy drive to the Kihei area. Host was friendly and responsive. Its our 4th time in Maui and probably our favorite townhome. Will definitely consider coming back next time we're in Maui!
