The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries and easy to communicate with. The large lanai was great! For those that haven’t stayed at this condo complex before having the large lanai is favorable because of how the AC ventilation blows out to the lanai. The large lanai makes it possible to comfortably sit outside and not have hot air blowing right at you from the AC system. The split AC and ceiling fans made it comfortable and cool in the condo. Plentiful towels for showering as well as towels for pool/beach.The only negative feature for our family was the extra firm mattresses and pillows in the bedrooms. Our backs/necks didn’t take kindly to them so we didn’t get good sleep. Individuals that prefer that level of firm may find it just fine. We’ve always stayed in the same building due to the closest location to the beach and sunset views.Thank you to our hosts for sharing their nice condo with our family.

The perfect place

We loved the size and layout of the condo and especially loved the view from the lanai. The fact that the condo was directly across from K3 was wonderful. We all were thrilled with our stay here!

Great place! Beautiful view!

Beautiful resort and nice condo. The view is amazing of the beach right across the street. The pool is also nice. Only challenging part was finding the main building to check in. I would definitely stay again in this place.

Beautiful and Great Location

We stayed in Maui for a family wedding and loved this property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck and loved that we could walk across the street to play at the beach or watch the beautiful sunset. The hosts were the best and we plan to return, it was a great vacation.

Location, location location. Sitting outside every morning and evening and watching the ocean was spectacular. It was the highlight of our trip. The condo was updated and very clean. The upstairs was a loft with a spiral staircase to a large bedroom/bath. Nice little extras were included… a starter coffee pack, starter bath products, etc. Having the beach chairs, toys and a cooler to Use for the short walk across to the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean. Host was easy to contact and checked in to be sure we had a good stay. We would stay again.
This was made one day by a sand artist at the beach across the street.
This beauty crawled up right out of the ocean
