We loved our Maui experience! This condo was perfect for our party of six. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great! The landscaping was fantastic- off of the lanai it is so beautiful. Palm trees, flowers, birds singing and an ocean view! The lanai was so nice- we loved the seating-just a great place to eat and relax. The condo was well equipped with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 boogie boards, some snorkel gear, sand toys, a cooler bag, beach towels and even a wagon.This made going to the beach even easier and more pleasant.The kitchen was well equipped with things needed for cooking. There were even games and Maui travel guides.The pool and hot tubs were great as well. The staff are fantastic at up keeping the grounds and at cleaning/maintaining the pool area.We loved our stay here!!I highly recommend this property and would try to stay here again if we are fortunate enough to some day return to Maui!

Great condo

Great condo. Everything was nice and very comfortable. Had all the beach supplies that we needed. Love the big deck. We love the location across from a great beach and a quick 5 minute walk to restaurants.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful inside and out. Well equipped for cooking. The grilling area was close, clean, and the grills themselves top notch.

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean and just as it looked in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor space that overlooked the pool. It was also nice to have chairs, wagon, and sand toys provided.

Married in Maui

The condo was beautiful and a perfect place to stay for our baby girl’s beach wedding. The spiral staircase was perfect for the bride in her gown. It was well equipped and had everything you would need. Two of the best items were the lighted makeup mirror and nail polish remover! Also it had everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

The condo was clean, spacious, and was well equipped with beach supplies including beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys, and even a child life vest which we found very useful. There were plenty of spices available for cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with small appliances. Pools were great and there were always beach loungers available. Location was perfect with the beach across the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Foodland was just a short drive away. They also accommodated a late checkout. Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely book this place again the next time we are in Maui.

Wonderful Condo in South Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo in South Maui. Location was great, one block from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. View from the balcony is wonderful and the complex is very nice. Wonderful landscaping in the complex, convenient layout and amenities. Check in was seamless, condo was as advertised and pictures are accurate. The included accessories, such as beach towels, wave boards, beach chairs, and umbrella were very helpful. Removed our need to buy or rent those items. Wonderful condo for families, couples, or business trip. Will stay here if we get a chance to visit Maui again.

Beautiful unit and is a great location above the pool. Easy to see family while in the unit. This was a great place. The only issue is the furniture is a little flimsy. We had a young child and had to move things around to make things safe. Also, the railing on the deck could be an issue for small ones or climbers. Overall a great unit.

The furniture throughout the unit is brand new and am not sure which piece you are referring to. In regards to making things safe with children, we would always recommend watching your children, as the unit is located on the 4th floor of the building. The lanai does have a railing that is built to code.

Amazing Condo!

My family of 4 and I had the BEST stay at this Condo. This condo is true luxury. It's spacious, it's clean and the beds are divine! It made our first trip to Maui so comfortable because it had everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and cooler. We used it all and it was so convenient. The location is also great. Easy to get to everywhere on the island. We loved Foodland, which was about 5 minutes away. Best Poke in town! The Beach was also a 5 minute walk and it had great snorkeling! Don't hesitate to book this place. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect all the amenities were there it was really well stocked with pantry items, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels etc. there was lots of beach gear and extra large beach towels. The furniture was so comfortable the lanai was amazing. The resort is so clean and beautifully landscaped the pools and hot tubs were excellent and the BBQ were clean and in good working order! We cannot wait to come back and book this condo next time. Staff were so friendly and helpful and it was a quick walk to a stunning beach

Maui Christmas 2023

Our family consisting of 4 adults and 2 children really enjoyed our 14 night stay over Christmas and New Years. As advertised the condo is fully stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels and beach toys. The condo is beautiful and decorated in a beach theme. We utilized the large lanai daily. The location was excellent giving us quick access to beaches, shops and restaurants as well as other parts of the island. Kamaole Sands grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We really appreciated late check out accommodation as we had a late flight. We would highly recommend this condo!

The kitchen was great and equipped with everything we needed to cook in a few nights. We have stayed in condos here before but this was our favorite. Enjoyed the view and proximity to the pool and grills. The location of the condo complex is great- close to the beach, shops, food etc. We also like that it’s close to Wailea as well. I would highly recommend staying in this condo .

It was well equipped, spacious and comfortably slept 4 adults and a child. We loved the large lanai and close proximity to the pool. It’s also right across the street from Kam III. The heat pump helped keep the place comfortable during the day, but honestly we didn’t come to Maui to be inside!I’d highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks again to PMI for being a great and responsive host!
