This 1050+ square foot 2BR/2BA condo is in the highly desired Maui Kamaole complex, one of the newer condo complexes with some of the largest units in South Maui. Our home is spacious with 2 large bedrooms (plus a pull-out memory foam sleeper sectional), 2 large baths with walk-in showers, and a large common area. Located above the main pool, it also offers views of the pool, partial ocean, and mountains. The unit has 2 split A/C systems in the living room and upstairs loft, and a window unit in the lower bedroom for the days when the trade winds are not enough to keep you cool. Since the unit is near the front of the complex, it is a short walk down to Kamaole Beach Park III. The complex is also close to all the great bars, restaurants, and shopping that South Kihei has to offer. The central location also offers a short drive to Wailea and its beaches, golf courses, resorts, shops, and restaurants. Our home underwent a complete renovation in July 2018 that included new tile flooring and carpet, an open concept floor plan, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms including a unique faux lava rock wall feature in the master bath, washer and dryer, and all new furniture.

Our property is privately owned. Maui Condo & Home acts as our on-island rep and remains a phone call away for any need during your stay.

If you have a redeye flight, we strongly urge you to book another night as we cannot offer late check-out. Check-in is at 4 PM HST and check-out is at 11 AM HST.

While we do provide beach towels, other beach supplies, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and bodyboards are readily available for rent at most dive and snorkel shops on island at very affordable rates. We are committed to ensuring that our environmental impact on Maui is minimal. Renting these items goes a very long way in ensuring that they don’t end up in our island’s landfill. **Note: On Aug 5 2022, Maui County banned the sale, rental, and use of disposable polystyrene bodyboards.**

Awesome property

The condo was great. Very comfortable beds, great main room furniture. Kitchen was well appointed. Appliances were new and worked great. AC worked perfectly in all areas. Pools were in easily accessible locations and just super for kids and adults. Front desk folks were very helpful in supplying solutions when our rental didn’t start and always willing to help.

A week in paradise

We've stayed at Maui Kamaole before and we love the grounds. This condo though... Above and beyond! Everything about it was exceptional. From the aesthetics, cleanliness, location, comfy beds, everything was top notch. When we come back to Maui, we will definitely try to get this condo.

Maui with you

We came to Maui for our honeymoon and the anniversary of my proposal to my husband. Our stay could not have been more wonderful. The space was beautifully decorated and inviting. The master bed was so comfortable - the whole condo was better than expected. Can't beat the location next to Kam 3 and a short drive down to Turtle Town and Big/Little Beach. We loved every minute and were so glad to see our close friends that live on Maui. We highly recommend this condo for your stay!

Amazing condo close to everything

We had an amazing time in Maui and have nothing but great things to say about Scott’s condo. This is the ideal location to get to many great beaches, restaurants, and coffee all within walking distance of you don’t have a car. The condo itself has been updated and is well equipped, including beach amenities, towels, kitchen/BBQ utensils, etc. We highly recommend this as a place to stay and will definitely look to rent again if it’s available. Perfect Maui Condo

This is the best place we have ever stayed on Maui. The condo was super comfortable and sipe clean. Beds and sheets were excellent. The location is pretty much perfect. You can easily walk to the beaches or tons of restaurants, but it is far enough away that it was calm and quiet. We stayed there with our 2 year old and 9 mo old and pretty much never got in the car. It was the beach and the pool everyday and it was perfect. We are probably going to rent this same condo again for next year!

Great location and peaceful!

Our first time on Maui and this property did not disappoint. Perfect location by the pool with partial ocean views. Walkable to many Kihei beaches and restaurants. Very quiet! We rarely heard any neighbors and the quiet hours are strictly enforced. The keypad entry to the unit and the pool were perfect for hour family of 4 as it allowed our teenagers access to everything with ease. Comfortable beds, furniture and the decor was great! Mahalo!

Condo in Kihei

Overall the condo was very clean and in a great location. Access to the pool was wonderful for when we didn’t have time to hang for hours at the beach or for when we didn’t want to drag sand back with us. I would say if you are a light sleeper and have early risers in your group, it is not a quiet space. From the loft you can hear every little noise when people are up and moving around in the kitchen, living area and bedroom/bathroom. Other than that it was a comfortable place to stay.

What a fantastic Condo- excellent job on the upgrades!! You read past reviews about this Condo and you think "It can't be that good" but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was it as good as everyone else stated but it was perfect for my family on our trip to Maui this year. Excellent location in Kihei and the location of this Condo was perfect for the activities we had planned. Will definitely want to stay there again when we vacation in Maui. There were a couple small things about the complex but not worth mentioning.

Great location and completely updated…

The condo was great for our family of four. It was very nice and clean. The condo is very close to the pools and gas grills, which were great. My biggest issue was the lack of beach equipment provided even though the listing explains this. The reasoning is due to Covid and the equipment cannot be disinfected between stays. That reason maybe applied in 2920, but not in 2923. My suggestion would be to have beach gear available for those who want it. Fortunately we had family staying in a nearby condo that had beach gear to use so we did not have to rent.

Appealing Aloha Gem - Maui Kamaole C207

... We only wished we'd stayed longer! We enjoyed a flawless experience. Scott stayed in close communication as we booked this beautifully appointed 2 BR, 2 BA condo in the most desirable part of S. Kihei. Our family of 4 (2 Adults, 2 Teen Children) had ample room in this 2-story condo, to soak in the views and the pool! The easy/safe pool access was a great addition for our 2 teen children. ... I was amazed at how clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated the condo was. The owner family thought of every small detail! ... Our best memory was taking the short 5 min walk from Maui Kamaole C207, to the best beach in Kihei at sunset. If, however, you don't wish to stroll, you can literally enjoy it from the comfort of the great balcony! ... Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to staying again soon!

Perfect Condo for a Family of 4

Great location in Kihei, close to everything. Perfect for our family of 4 with 1 large bed and 2 twins. Very comfortable accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to make meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Will rent here again.

Fantastic Property and great location

The property is exactly as advertised on VRBO. Really well renovated throughout and the kitchen has everything you would need. Closely located to the pool (and BBQs - also really clean) with a nice view from the main Lanai (as its not on the ground floor). The combination of ceiling fans and split level air-conditioning worked really well in keeping the property cool. One of the main bedroom wardrobe doors needed adjusting first day (a real minor thing) and the onsite property company came almost straight away. So you'll have no problems there if needed. One improvement would be that the main lanai does not have an extendible canopy, we noticed some of the other units do. Would help with the afternoon sun on the lanai. Maui Kamaole is just across from Kamaole III beach and a short stroll down through block G to cross the road. Its also close to Keawakapu beach which is our favorite with the small grassy area right by the beach, a good reef for snorkeling, good store for daytime snacks and a lovely long sandy beach for evening strolls. But its easy to get onto the main upper road for trips or down to Wailea if needed. So in summary, great rental unit, good location in the Maui Kamaole property and in Kihei itself. You can't go wrong booking this one. Enjoy. Ian and Tracy.

We stayed with our 2 grown boys for one week and we absolutely loved this condo! This was our second time in Hawaii but first time on Maui and we wanted to stay in a condo and really enjoy the “island life” this time as opposed to staying in a resort. We were not disappointed at all! This condo had lots of space and all the conveniences needed for a fantastic stay and it was also located in a prime location for beach and dining in Kihei. It was also very clean and renovated with great taste and offered a cool Hawaiian vibe, which we loved! Thank you so much-we really appreciated you letting us stay at your place!!

Second time staying here, and will be back for a third

This was our second time staying at this property because of its updates and clean feeling, condo association features like pool and grills, and how close it is to just walk to great beaches. No regrets staying here, would like to come back for a third visit in the future. Owner is also very accommodating.

We just got back from an amazing stay - the condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pools and felt right at home! If we visit again, we will definitely stay here - the location is close to the beaches and shops. We just loved it here!

Having traveled to 160 countries+, we have had a chance to see the world and experience a lot that it has to offer. But, something about Maui is special and always beckons you back. South Kihei is a laid-back community enjoyed by all and Maui Kamaole is one of the most desirable properties in the area. We have owned homes in Maui since 2012. The unit is spacious and conveniently located near Kihei shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches. The grounds are beautiful as are the 2 pool areas and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

This condo is near the main or front pool and registration area. It's close enough to the main road to allow guests to walk to the beach while being just far enough away to avoid any of the road noise. The views from the lanai give you enough of the mountain and ocean to know that you are in paradise. The unit has 2 split A/C systems in the living room and upstairs loft and a window unit in the lower bedroom for the days when the trade winds are not enough to keep you cool. In our 2018 upgrades, we added a number of unique features including a lava wall in the master bath and great furnishings to maximize comfort during your stay.
