DJ's a recovering entrepreneur and writer and Katherine works in Diversity and Inclusion. We're both most recently from the east coast (Boston and Delaware, respectively), but have lived all over the world. We like to rent out our place each summer to visit family out east, and to spend time in the mountains!

Inside is quiet and spacious for a 1 bedroom - you'll have lots of space to work or relax. Step outside, and you're a 15 minute walk to BART (to airport, downtown or Oakland), several block walk to Precita Park and Mission and bus routes directly downtown.

What makes this property unique

We were floored by the friendliness of the neighbors and the quirkiness of the neighborhood. We're surrounded by beautiful winding staircases and hidden overlooks, giving a unique vantage point of San Francisco. A 10 minute walk gets you to the top of Bernal Heights, or to the middle of the diverse 24th street restaurant corridor.
