Excellent property excellent location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. All freshly updated and clean. Plenty of room. We loved the amount of supplies available to us in the house such as bathroom supplies. Couldn’t say more great things…including absolutely perfect location. We will stay here again!

Nice place close to store and beach.

Close to beach but we had lots of rain. Guard at water made us stay in small area said private beach. Lighting took our cable out last two days there. But they did have lots of games on site for us to play.

Great Location!

Perfect size beach house, just steps from the white sand and blue water! Lots of space for our family of 11. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, and the provided beach chairs, towels, and toys was super convenient. Only downside was the construction site right across from us (they were finishing up a new build). The noise wasn’t bad, but the dumpster and porta-potty was our “view”. Wouldn’t deter us from renting again. The only other issue was the beach patrol. Even though it’s public access, several homeowners put up private beach signs and have the sheriff posted up to redirect people to the very small public beach area. We just ignored the signs and walked a bit down the beach. No one really seemed to care outside of one private homeowner. We just made sure to avoid her. Regardless of this small issue, we would still rent here. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable! And the owner is very fast at communicating and responding to any needs we had while renting. Overall a wonderful vaca!
