Awesome home in Ebeltoft with WiFi

You can enjoy the magnificent sea view almost in the whole house. Especially is the view of the sunset over the water. The cottage is bright and modern, with nice furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to the beautiful terrace, partly open, partly closed. 56 steps lead up to the house, which is located in the attractive, hilly Lyngsbæk/Femmøller area, with beautiful beach and forest nearby. Highly recommended is a walk, or a bike ride along the coast to Ebeltoft (about 6 km).

Was für ein Traumurlaub!

Es war wunderschön!Jeden Tag konnten wir bei bestem Wetter auf der herrlichen Terasse den Sonnenaufgang und -untergang genießen. Der wahnsinnig schöne Blick auf die Ostsee wird uns in langer Erinnerung bleiben.Die wunderschönen Spaziergänge an den verschiedenen Stränden und den Wäldern haben uns wieder geerdet.Das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten, war sehr gut und funktional eingerichtet, großflächig und geräumig.Alles in Allem ein Träumchen von einem Urlaub, so dass selbst der Aufstieg über die 57 Stufen zu einem täglichen Training reifte und uns kein Problem bereitete.Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Gelegenheit!

Eine Fotoschönheit!

Positiv war eine schöne Terrasse, eine supertolle Aussicht, neue feste Matratzen und ein sauberes Bad. Das Haus wurde 2022 "renoviert". Das heißt, dass seit zwei Jahren (!) der hinten liegende Hauseingang mit dem Abbruchholz und Restholz der neuen Terrasse vermüllt ist. Das Haus ist auch außen mit uralten Spinnweben versponnen. Dabei könnte der Einsatz eines Besens leicht Abhilfe schaffen. Innen war schlecht Staub gesaugt und alles leicht klebrig. Das verwundert nicht bei einer Dunstabzugshaube, die wahrscheinlich seit Baujahr 1988 nicht gereinigt wurde und gar nichts vom Teller zieht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war insgesamt etwas seltsam. Es gibt u.a. zwei Kaffeemaschinen, zwei Wasserkocher und drei (!) Esslöffel! Man könnte das mal kritisch durchsehen und ergänzen. Das Geschirr ist z.T. ebenfalls klebrig, was aber wohl eher an vorigen Gästen liegt. Zur Endreinigung gehört sicherlich nicht, für die Gäste abzuwaschen. Und trotzdem: der Backofen war völlig verdreckt. Die Beleuchtung des Wohnbereichs durch eine Stehlampe mag als hyggelig durchgehen, bloß Lesen kann man nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit dort ohne Umbaumaßnahmen nicht. Die Kopfkissen der Betten waren vergilbt bis schmutzig. Der Hit war jedoch, einfach eine Topperauflage über einen vollgepinkelten Matratzenschoner zu legen. Schade, dass man ein eigentlich schönes Haus so vergammeln lässt!°

Zimmer mit Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr hell und großzügig, die Aussicht ist und schlagbar, man sieht über die ganze bucht. Sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse. Verkehrsgünstige Lage zwischen Arhus und Ebeltoft. Ein paar Details waren nicht ganz ordentlich geputzt aber insgesamt sehr in Ordnung.
