This functionally furnished holiday apartment is located on the top floor of a family house and consists of a kitchen-living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a small terrace with a sea view. The garden is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and creates a lovely coastal atmosphere. The small village of Potonica is characterised by wonderful sandy beaches and crystal clear sea water and invites its guests to spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday. However, if you are looking for city hustle and bustle or nightlife, the town of Novalja with its famous Zre beach is about 10 km away. The minimum ceiling height in the attic is approx. 80 cm. The property is shared with the guests of holiday home CKP268.
