I was looking for a place my family could enjoy. When I came across the cottages for sale . They had the up north feel, I knew they would be perfect. Beautiful lake frontage, sandy beach.
Great neighbors, friendly atmosphere.

Why they chose this property

I choose the area because of the good neighbors, the Shawano County park is a few doors away. The Shawano golf course is just down the street.
Great restaurants and pubs nearby
The lake is fabulous! I believe it's the best lake frontage on Shawano lake.

Lilly Pad North Cottage #4 is situated among 4 other cottages. It's great! On a beautiful parcel . Easy access to the lake, no hills or steep inclines, sandy beach
swimming area, nice pier for fishing.
