A glass passage harmoniously connects the pool area with the main house and provides access to a screened terrace with a breathtaking view of the sound. The large natural plot offers direct access to the beach, a small fishing harbour and a marina for relaxing hours. Enjoy the view from the large south-facing terrace, which is virtually right on the water, or relax on the roof terrace on the upper floor.
